ok so i thiink ive been traumatized ladies.
i just watched a video of them performing a c-section.

i almost threw up.
n now i dont want one.
but i have 2 have one..
im sure ill relax... but i didnt realize it was so gross!

omg!

hey. just to let u know, i spoke to my midwife who said i can self refer for physio cos i work for the nhs. so i have and i have an appointment with an obsetric physio on monday! woop! my back does feel better than what it did - but its not 100%. x

Dear ones, just a quick note to say Tiana has arrived! 10:46 this morning EST; 7lbs 11oz, 21" long with lovely red hair. It was a more complicated delivery than we had hoped, and required me being knocked out with general anesthesia. They decided not to risk either a spinal or an epidural because of my unstable spine; this in the end I missed the birth and Bob was not allowed in either-- bummer! There was an awful lot of scar tissue that caused problems getting inside, and then Tiana was stuck and they literally couldn't get her out for quite a while, which resulted in some extreme roughness when they started to worry, so they've warned me to expect a slow recovery, but Tiana is just perfect so we're delighted. Very tired from the meds but ill write more soon when I'm more coherent and ok my laptop and not my iPhone! Thank you all for your kind wishes-- hugs to you all twice over!

Sounds good! Just remember i can't speed walk, i need the exercise badly so am looking forward to some walking!

As for trousers...jeans preferably ...anything with a mat section..the ones at silverburn only have a rack or 2...so next, perkins..anything i'm not fused really..just don't want to spend a fortune! Kevan gave me some money to treat myself so i think its time!!

Thats true, I do already catch up with my mates for shopping&lunch at the weekends when he's at footie so will give me time for that and quite a few of my friends have kids already anyway so we normally go somewhere child friendly.

Of course, theres the mandatory drink before and after the game that Lewis has to have with the boys so an hour and a half games turns into around 5-6 hours! They've even managed over the years to change their seating to be seated together! x

Hey there, I was reading your comment about which is better, staples or stiches. I had self disolving stiches and now a year later you can barely tell. I think a lot of it depends on the doctor performing the surgery too. Good luck with whatever you chose!

We ended up finding out that while we were away he also took the company vehicle to another town to gamble at the Casino (which explained why he needed to steal the money in the first place)...instead of getting into it with him about the money we just fired him for stealing the truck and let it go at that. It still makes me angry that he got away with it, but at least he lost his job!
