I know what you mean about being emotional. My husband can't figure me out right now because i cry at everything. It frustrates him because there is nothing he can do to make me feel better. I love my son more than anything too so I can't understand why I'm so emotional and sad all of the time. I know it's natural to be emotional after delivery because it's such a shock to your system, but I feel like it's more than that. I just tell my husband to be patient with me, help me, and just be there for me. That's all he really can do. He can't fix it, but he can be supportive. I wish I wasn't so emotional, but I guess I just have to deal with it until it goes away.

Hey! Why dontn u call him Charlie Joseph as it'll be shortened by u all anyways! My nephew is called Joseph and his mother was adamant he was not to be called anythin but Joseph but we all call him Joe! But if not! Hi ya my darling - congratulations and sorry not been on had so many visiters and that not had chance - yes mackenzie is here - was born friday 18th - weighing 11lb - i had the longest and upseting birth of 26 hours - and had a few complications - will put my birth storey on soon - and a pic when i get a minute - he is so lovely i love him to bits - how are you and little one? x x x

hey..just read ur post bout sweeps. I had one on monday but it didnt work. Basically if u are dialtated the midwife/doc will sweep a finger around ur cervix to seperate it from the membranes and try to start labour. It works by releasing labour inducing hormones and u can usually expect to go into labour within the nxt 48 hrs. For me tho it didnt work because i wasnt dialated :(
It will probably work if you are tho so good luck and hope this helps :) it doesnt hurt btw- just feels odd.. x

omg!! so I woke up at 4:40am to go bathroom...and my underwear and pajamas were soaked...than when I wiped there was alot of blood tinged mucus, almost like when you first start your period...so I am thinking my water broke, so I am going in to the hospital in a bit to check, I will keep you posted.

I know it is such a pain being overdue! last week at my appointment my dr said I would probably be induced on friday...that is 10 days overdue ...so yeah..my next appt is wednensday...I really hope I go before than too. Like right now even haha!
