Hi!! Well my name is Lupi and I am due Oct 10. I am so excited about this pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy and I am absolutley in love with it. I work full time as a medical assistant up until about a week ago when the Doctor put me on bed rest. He diagnosed me with Placenta Previa and he said that light duty was not enough and that I needed fulltime bed rest. It sucks because for the most part I am home a lone going crazy. I have been working since I was 16, I have always had my own money. Now that I am not working, it's rough. I am not legally married yet, but me and my fiance do live together. We have been living together since June of 2007. Our 2 year anniversary will take place on May 25, 2008. I am super excited about that as well. I will keep posting on how this complicated pregnancy is going. I wish you all a happy and healthy pregnancy!!!

April 11, 2008-WEEK 14-

Well today we had our 4th u/s and oh my the baby has grown, now the Dr didn't measure it this time, but it looks twice the size it was 3 weeks ago, it was looking at us and smiling, how exciting!!! I go back May 9 hopefully my insurance kicks in because I am having problems with it!

May 9, 2008 (WEEK 18)

I had my reg check up today, I heard the heart beating for the first time, I didn't get an ultrasound, but I am scheduled for an ultrasound on May 28 and that is excactly 2 1/2 weeks from now. I can't wait to find out what I am having!!! I am so excited. I am also excited because on Monday I will be looking for an appt. Finally my own place!!

May 28, 2008 (WEEK 20)

I had my U/S. We saw the baby, it was so active, and it was waving at us too. It was so exciting, the Dr estimated it weighs 13 oz. And we also found out the sex. IT'S A GIRL!!!! I am so excited, I would have been happy with either, but I really wanted a girl!! My next OB visit is on June 13 at 9am. I believe I will be having another U/S to check and see that the placenta finally moved!!

June 7, 2008 [Week 22]

So my next appointment will be on Wed June 11. It will be just a regular check up. I hope Giselle is doing good. She has been very active!! Just kicking away lol. I love feeling her move inside of me! Everytime I feel here I get my hubby's hand and put it over my belly so that he can feel her too. I can also feel my uterus about 2 inches above my belly button now, everything is so exciting!! So we applied for an apartment in mid May and we got a phone call earlier this week saying we couldn't get it because we were over income :(. But it's okay, there are plenty other apartments, so we just turned in another application on Friday and we will find out if we get it Monday afternoon. I really hope we get this apartment because I just can't stand living with my parents, I don't mind my dad, shoot I would love to take him with me lol It's just my mom and brother I can't stand!!! Well wish me luck with that, if we don't get it I will cry!!!!!!!!!

June 9 [Week 22]

Well today we found out some more exciting news!! We got approved for our first apartment!! I am so excited and so happy that we got it. I can't wait to move in!! Finally our own place :D

August 8 [Week 31]

Today I had my 31 weeks appt. It went well, but I was a lil disapointed because I was scheduled for an U/S but didn't get one. I measured at exactly 31 cm which matched up perfectly with my weeks so the Dr was happy. I also gained 9 pounds!!! I am getting so fat. I just hope that I will lose this baby weight just as easy as I gained it!!! My next appt will be August 29th, my appts are 3 weeks apart now instead of 4 weeks. My baby shower will also be this coming Saturday August 16 which also happens to be my 21st BIRTHDAY!!!! Yay no margaritas for me just yet! I'm still very excited about this weekend!!
