Well, we've finally decided on a name! Our "Little Bitty" as we've been referring to him until we agreed on something, will soon be known as Jackson Garrett. Jackson is a name that we both liked a lot and Garrett is in honor of my father who passed away 6 years ago. It was a long process, but Mike and I are both excited about our little Jack. :)

Just found out we're having a boy! Now to pick a name!

Hi Ladies! I am a first-time, soon-to-be mother, getting a late start on parenting. Most of my close friends have already raised their children and are far from their pregnancy days. I hope to find others on here who are dealing with some of the same issues I might encounter....I don't always want to assume the worst! However, I think I could be the age I am and not feel any less nervous than if I had done this in my late teens!

I recently left my job as a third-grade teacher and am missing it terribly. I'm in the process of moving south with my fiance, hence listing Gainesville/Ft. Myers as my location. I wish everyone much luck with their pregnancies!
