2 month old Emily
Well this month flew by , Emily has gotten so big ,she coos at us all the time and cant stop smiling.She still has the same sleeping pattern, and in the morning when she wakes up she is so happy it makes my day just watching her smile.School is in so shes up early and is Julians alarm and thats good since I will start working in September and she will be watched by my Mom.Her big brother still continues to be the best helper even bathing and feeding, he loves pushing the stroller in the Mall. She loves going out for walks.

my poor christopher is so sick.the past couple of days he has had a stuffy nose,he couldent sleep (me neather) this morning he woke up his eyes were glued shut.i took him to the dr she said he had pink eye and a sinues infection.poor thing his eyes are so puffy he cant even open them.they put him on antibotics and eye drops.hopefully he will get better fast..........i hope all of your babies stay well this flu season...take care.

It's amazing how your pretty girl has grown already. And she has these long hair! My Michael is still almost bald - just a little bit of fluff on the head. We are doing good, but I have so little time now. Michael demands to be carried all the time he is awake, so I try to fit all house chores and eveything else into his sleeping moments. I hope it will get better eventually. Keep in touch. Your Emily is a marvel. You are trully blessed!

I am so glad that you posted that adorable pic if Emilys' toes. My little Briannah has the exact same toe but on the other foot. I had asked the pedi and they had an orthodpedic surgeon look at it and they both said completely normal and will go down in a for months. But I was still scared, but will calm down now that i know another child has the same thing. You have a gorgeous family. congrats.

I'm sure your baby will be fine, but the way the toe is elevated over the others is a little weird. May very well be something that your baby will grow out of as she begins to learn to walk and uses those feet. I'm asuming that her foot has looked like that since birth and I would just bring it up to your doctors attention next time. I'm sure everything is probably fine so don't worry and let me know what the doc says when you go! Good Luck, but I'm sure you won't need it!

Hi there, im sure your little girl is fine, however, I would take her to see your doctor or health care provider for some advice, their feet are so small when they are little, they have lots of room to grow, but I would see someone for some peace of mind. I know, I keep touching him and kissing all the time. I feel that I have almost (almost) unending patience, while when I was younger, I did not have much of it. I wanted a girl so much, because my previous child is a girl and I wanted them to be close and because she is so affectionate and it is fun to dress her and do her hair... But I have a boy this time and he is adorable and makes me melt with his grimaces and shy smiles and chubby cheeks and round trusting eyes.
I wanted for him to sleep on his tummy, all my kids did and I put him there at 2 weeks and tried many times since. Well, he does not like it at all, wakes up even if he is in deep sleep. Amasing how kids are different even at such a small age. He has been a lazy boy since birth, and I am OK with this, especially if he will turn to be calm and not hyperactive when gets bigger. At 45, I just do not have energy to keep up with that. Besides, I had one hyperactive boy and it was not fun at all. Still isn't, 19 years later.

by the way, the cereal goes through the hole in the nipple fine because it's not so thick. I use the avent bottle. How is your baby sleeping at night? And how old is she?? My baby is going to be 2 months on the 21st august.

You mean the rice cereal right? I put one rounded teaspoon on his 4.5 oz bottle before he goes to sleep at 8:45pm, then he wakes up at almost 5am, and I already have ready in his room, another bottle 4.5 oz with 1/2 teaspoon. I'm planning on increasing the dose of milk, so therefore, I will increase the dose of cereal. He then wakes up again around 7:45 am because he is tired of sleeping. He wakes up smiling and ready to have a diaper change. Good luck!!!

That was my HUGEST gift from one of my best friends. She made 3 huge gift baskets and in one of them she had that. It was a thick ribbon that the clothes pins were hanging on and at each end of the ribbon she glued those little wooden animals you can buy at MIchaels or Hobby L. Then she had it folded in the basket perfectly so when you pulled it out (someone had to help) it spread across the room with onesies, bibs, hats, etc... definately going to steal that idea for my next shower I attend, lol !!

Gosh, I think that is a lot of wipes. Are you just doing one wipe and getting another one? Try wiping and folding it over for another wipe or two. I probably use 3-4 wipes. Sometimes it's more if it is a total mess because I was to make sure I get it all out of her who ha and little rolls.
