Is this your first pregnancy?: no, my long awaited second
When did you find out you were pregnant?: I found out before my missed period. I was supposed to have major uterine surgery (to help get pregnant) when the blood test came back saying I was pregnant. My miracle child. :-)
Was it planned?: yes-ish
What was your first reaction?: Really?! Thank you Lord!
Who was with you when you found out?: In the hospital, hooked up to an IV, getting prepped for surgery. lol
Who was the first person you told?: Well, Sam was in the room with me, but my dad was told to leave the room (HIPPA junk), so I guess dad was the first person I told. lol
How did your parents react?: They were flabbergasted but very very happy.
How far along are you?: as of this survey... 32 weeks

the usual... nausea

I grew up mostly in Havre De Grace, MD. It's pretty there and we would like to get back but it's so much cheaper for us down here in TX right now. Does your friend who makes the diapers have a website?? I would love to look at what she's made. There are sooo many WAHM diaper businesses, it's hard to know who to trust..

Hey there! I'm so glad to hear that you want to go naturally. I posted a response to you a few days ago. Make a birth plan for sure and include what's most important to you. Mine starts off saying that I'd like a nurse that supports natural labor. Since you're with that nurse the entire labor it would be helpful if she believed in what you were doing! I've got to go, but I'm proud of you. So few people choose to go naturally.

seriously don't let the doctors try and take over your birth experience. It's yours and not theirs. Man that burns me up when I think of how selfish and arrogant the medical community can be. Don't let them take your baby away..why can't your husband give the baby it's bath in the room? Doesn't make any sense they just love to complicate everything. I am also having the same worries that you are and I try to not let it get to me but when I sit there and think about it I get really annoyed!! LOL Good luck with the Birth Plan, we are also writing one. I hope he respects it.

hahahaha oh thats funny thats ok hubby (when I was pregnant with my daughter) lost the screws to her crib and had to take the instructins to the hardware store and buy all new ones and he didnt have the moving excuse he just lost them I still dont know what happened to those darn things lol

yep! got undies/clothes for me/baby AND daddy to wear home.. to be honest I didnt think about diapers/wipes for the baby because they always seemed to give me pampers after my last 2, BUT good idea now that I think about it.. they may not this time espec since I'll be at a diff hosp. ok so I'm adding diapers, wipes an bottled water to my list. THANKS!
LOL I'm glad I'm not alone with the last minute packing.. I was really holding out on that for some reason LOL I think bcause I didnt want to pack, unpack and repack again, but I'm starting to feel those pains too so.. had to do it

Thanks. I'm feeling much better today and much more calm. I just don't feel like I have the energy to fight with him as I need to. I was pretty shocked at myself as I'm usually in control with the disciplining and usually have my wits about me and last night I couldn't keep it under control. Anyway. I'm feeling good today, lets hope it lasts for a while. Thanks again.

Thank you for your message, it's nice to relate to someone! ...most times I could handle her ignorance (before I was pregnant) but now it just seems to much. She confuses me lol she acts like it is a burden for us to have a child, then she does a 360. I have to explain..my husband's family is the kind that they are better then everyone, well she is acting like this baby is only from their last name!? She is a very controlling Mother and wants everything done her way, when she wants. I just hope I have the strength to get through it lol

Thank you for your reply.... I'm going to try that. I think right now my problem is because my midwife wants me on bed rest for two more weeks and my legs are not getting excersize like I'm use to. I had this problem when I was a kid but it didn't hav a name for it!
Now it's back FULL FORCE!!!

thanks :) it didnt look like the other discharge.. it looked like snot lol. im at risk for preterm labor so im just watching out. like i said though it was a tiny amount so im not worried. i looked it up online and everywhere says its normal to happen weeks before delivery.
