contractions come from the lower back. it might just be BH contractions and your body getting prepared. It depends how rhythmic they are and how far apart. id keep on with my day and just pay attention to it.

I have awful lower back pain with cramps too, with lots of braxton hicks, i am also confused, just going to wait it out and see what happens,take care xx

Hi i have lower back pain on the right side... I also had period pain and sharp pains too... I have no idea if this is early signs of labour either... At least i know i am not the only one!
