Hmmm... I thought I just added a comment. Maybe I forgot to hit send. I saw your comment about shoes and swelling. A couple of ideas: 1) Crocs makes a fuzzy liner to insulate their sandals, which look pretty wide. 2) LLBean Mocs--see if there's a local store to visit so you can find out if they're wide enough. They slip on without much fuss and they're great for winter conditions. 3) I read that immersion 30-45 mins can lessen the swelling. Do you have a pool? Or just try the tub. I've also read that simply lying down on the left for 30-60 mins during the day, and drinking MORE water can help too. I hope you find something that helps you.

I just thought I'd let you know I've had heart palpitations on and off (sometimes more frequent than other's), throughout this whole pregnancy!! It actually was one of the first symptoms where I KNEW I was pregnant 5-6 days before my period was due, and decided to test!!! I have had them on occasion, but never as frequent, so I knew my hormones were acting up, and voila.....pregnant!!!

NO...kelli wasn't fed up, nor needing of a break, nor was I angry...I was permanantly banned from coming back here (as of yesterday)...but found out today, I was able to get back on.....so I"m here, but NOT participating any longer. It's not worth my time to constantly be attacked, so I'm here merely as a way to allow other's to contact me, and be able to give them my personal contact info such as email or myspace URL if they are interested. But I did not leave by choice....

Well then I know exactly how you feel! I didnt have preeclempsia. I had severe edema. I might not be spelling that right but it was very painful swelling. Some days I couldnt get my swollen feet into flip flops! It was terrible. I too was hoping for a more normal weight gain this time around, but as I mentioned, I think that might be impossible for me. I wish you the best of luck. If you find anything that works, let me know!

No its not to personal. Thats what I like about this website. I have gained 8 pounds. I think that he is concerned because with my first pregnancy, I gained 70 pounds. Which is obviously to much. I just cant control the weight gain. I have been eating lots of good stuff and avoiding the bad, drinking mostly water, sometimes juice. i have been avoiding soda, which I LOVE. So, I guess that my body just likes to get fat during pregnancy. I've also had complications every time that I have been pregnant, including a miscarriage, so they are just watching everything really really closely. Sorry, I guess that I just dont know how to leave a short message.

I hoping I also dont have anymore complications. I would really like to enjoy this pregancy since it took us sooo long to finally concieve.

Thanks for the comment!! I would upload the U/S pic but you wont be able to make head nor tail so too speak :) Seems our baby is shy and facing away for the scanner!! know idea what the gender is, guess that will just be a surprise :) Hope your well xx take care
