I agree it must really be a relief to have your baby with you already! It’s done now, you can concentrate on baby now!!! You say that you feel unprepared, and to be honest with you, I think that’s the most normal thing if you just hit the mid of third trimester! Who can really be prepared already now, so early weeks…? Well, at least Im the worst prepared at this point. I don’t have ANYthing bought for the baby (except 1 vest and 1 sleepsuit, NOTHING is there). To be honest with you, the arrival of your baby just was a complete reality check for me!!! In the same time I think that “things” are not the most important, but the fact that I will love my baby the most in this world, and I will be always there for him. Now, having this said, I will still go shopping this weekend for sure. One of the other members, ukdutypaid, has also helped me to realise I need to do it asap! So, in 24 hours Im better prepared with “things”for the arrival! Wish you good luck with your newborn! And thank you for sharing your experience, it’s a real precious thing that you have shared it with us!
