my daughter has a similar sleep pattern; it's nice! hahaha. well, we had an awesome homebirth and all went very well. we ended up going to the hospital three days later because our baby got a fever, but every test they did turned out fine, so they suspected dehydration, which i'm not sure why, but the point is that she's fine and breastfeeding well. we have an appointment today to see how she's growing and all.

Hi babe, god! I actually got a decents nights sleep, Ashton went from half 9 to half 1 then 2 till 5 then he woke at half 6, thats my best night yet apart from my boobs are so full lol.

Hey babe,

Growth scan went well actually he is only a little below average for head and body but really long legs so makes him about a 7lber, woo hoo! Saw him practise the breathing and everything... Nothing still going on in terms of labour though and these days are getting harder and harder to get through but i expect u remember how that feels. How's motherhood? xxx

hey everyone! im so sorry iv not been in touch sooner been a mummys hard lol

iv got 121 messages to read lol i dont think ill be able to reply to them all but heres a quicky to update you all

i had the baby FINALLY 15 days late after having 4 prostin tablets and my waters broken she was born after 5 hours of labour and 40 minutes of pushing....

yes thats right i said SHE lol. i got a girly baby and i couldnt be happier shes absolutly adorable, Andy and i called her Amy Felicity as he likes the name Amy and i wanted to call her Felicity after my friends little sister.

ill be putting pics up in a jiffy so keep looking, im gonna be changing my profile lol xxxxxx

Hi babe, i'm great thanks but exhausted too!! yeah the c-section definitely leaves you at a big disadvantage with looking after the little one and just making you feed odd, so hardwork breast feeding with a c-section too, i'm stil struggling with it here, one minute feel it's getting better then a day of hell!! :) Theo is gorgeous babe and worth the trauma of the leaking spinal fluid that they left me with after my epidural and the c-section but it's only been the last couple of days that i've felt a little bit more normal!! and it's just gone a month since we had Theo - doesn't time fly! .... Andell is likely to go back to Tobago before me hon, probably end of September then i'll follow in December. I'll still be able to keep in touch though hon don't worry about that, I need all of you to chat to and am guessing we'll all carry on needing someone to chew things over with as they grow! Big hugs hope u have a lovely weekend. When is Martin here till? Have you both worked out what your doing yet? xxx

i especially hated being in the hospital because we had a homebirth so it felt ironic. but we're good now! i got over the two days of engorgement and am still breastfeeding. i just hope more milk comes in soon! it seems to be coming too slowly. how's she sleeping?

lol don't reckon i'll get a look in when Alfie arrives ha ha...

So had midwife this morning... He is fully engaged now, all sh coud feel was his shoulders. I am measuring too small so she has booked me a growth scan for Tues, but I am not too worried I reckon he is a porker anyway!! Woke up last night about 2.00am with the worst pains that radiated across my belly and had the hardening of the braxton hicks, this came and went like 4 or 5 times then moved to my back. Today though that pain has gone, but mnidwife reckons its the beginning of something and doesn't think i will make scan lol... I'm shitting myself now to put it politely!! Still reckon he'll be late, just messing with me ha ha
