Thank you for all the warm welcome, I am still learning the ropes on this site :) hehe..

We got married in 2001 and decided to hold on having children, because i was 26, i am a workaholic, i love to travel, and every year i said to my self... `okay..next year i will be ready `, but the work kept me busy and the travel was so much fun, we completely ignored for a while to have a kids.

Now... well in a few days i will be 33 and since late dec 07, suddenly i had this weird sensation that i think im ready... so without any tests or doctors etc, we just went ahead and tried on end of January 08, after that i didnt think it would work , because i hear people that hold for a long time and tried would be difficult (and btw i never used any contraception ,pills etc).

Few days ago i tried 3 testpacks all positive, i couldnt believe my eyes...went to the doctor he wasnt very helpful, he told me i had a myoma (and was not aware what the heck that was and not knowing if it is dangerous or not) he tried to look for the fetus but couldn `t really determine anything and told me to come back 2 weeks.

God!!! I cant wait that long, so i ask my friends they referred me to another doctor, we went there yesterday, he was so calm and friendly and explained everything that the myoma is not going to harm the prenancy, my blood tests TORCH came out well, and from the scan we could see a clear beautiful round shape, he said we are into 5 weeks...Yeah thats about it for now, i am trying to keep track my mood swings and cravings, i dont really have morning sickness yet, but now i am having a light headache, maybe i should eat breakfast now :) ok thank you again girls for the warm welcome!

My husband and had our birthdays few days ago, we were only 1 day apart! hehe... so we decided at our bday dinner to announce that we are expecting, and ask family and friends for prayers so that the pregnancy will be ok. it was an unforgettable night for us!.

Since yesterday i feel tottaly sick... naucious, i cant concentrate with work 100%, but i try my best.... need to sit alot... want to eat a lot but yes felt sick after eating... blaaaaah..... i cant wait for the 5th to have our second scan to see how the baby is growing :)

Thank God for cheese and crackers, thats the only thing that works it seems....... and oh tomorrow we have to go my hubby's house out of town by car... MIL bday... im happy because there will be PLENTY FOOD to eat..but 1 thing that i am scared to death is..... MIL wears this body lotion that the smell totally makes me gag BIG TIME... how can i survive...oh dear Lord make me strong!!!

I am nervous for tommorow, we are going to have our second ultrasound.... its been 2 weeks... Oh GOD i hope everything will be okay... i hope we can see a heartbeat, thats what i am wanting...

Had the ultrasound today... it was an AMAZING experience, for the first time we are able to see and hear the baby's heartbeat.. omg, amazing, i just hope everything will be okay.. the doc gave me bunch of vitamins etc, and will be back to see him in a month! yay!

Had another ultrasound today.... WOW THE MOST AMAZING THING! looking at our baby moving around... the doc checked all sizes and confirm an A OK healthy... and when he zoom in between the leg area he showed us what looked like a small stick! haha and he said..it looks like its going to be a BOY! amazing that he can detect that... and he said "yes for now i can see it might be a boy, but we will see how it developes"
I cant help but cry on the bed hehe.... an actual life growing inside me and most important a healthy baby, and his heartbeat sounded good.... gosh it was just an outer body experience!

This is crazy, tommorow im going to have my U/S and today our beloved Pet (Golden Retriever) 9 yrs old died very sudden, autopsy says tumor in bloodstream, i just dont understand, she gets her regular check up and everything and the vet cant detect this? crazy!!

Now im in shock and i have been crying for 4 hours and although i wanted to stop, I CANT STOP MY TEARS, i really want to just let go our pet in peace and stop my tears, but I dont understand is this my hormones taking over? tears just flow like forever... and i cant be like this because im afraid my baby would be sad as well... oh God.

Wed, 30 apr Morning : Thank you so much for all your kind words and support, my dog will be cremated today because we want her to be here with us at our home, I didn't realize that it would make me this sad, its just the same as loosing someone. I will try to think happy thoughts from now on. (and put ice on my eyes they are swolen like crazy) :)

Just came back from U/S, the baby BOY looks healthy and everything is proportional heartbeat is good, wow, i was afraid that yesterday crazyness with my losing my pet, but phew everything was great. im happy, my doc said my reaction to my pet's death is understandable... so okay HAPPY THOUGHTS! Thank u Lord.

Even with my nose completely blocked, I was looking forward to this day for a whole month!, This little boy has been kicking me around sounds like he is breakdancing in there hehe.

The scan was great, its so nice to see him look like a baby already, amazing feeling! when the doc turn on the 4D scan I almost cried hehe... all sizes are good, everything is fine he is healthy and finally we can see his face!

Looking forward to next month to see how he grows, even when my placenta is below him (placenta previa) but the dos says all is well.. and I would have to do c-section. Thats fine as long as he is healthy i would go through anything for him :)

Your little one is precious! We're having a 3d ultrasound done July 25th. My tech, when I got my first ultrasound done at the hospital I'm delivering at, only showed us one view in 3d. I'm so excited to be going somewhere else and have a whole 3d session on July 25th!!

lol yeah, I just got my u/s two days ago and the baby has moved up about one inch below my belly button. I dont know why my kid does this but it's like it has all this room to move around but she(or he) loves to press its head against my uterus so its constantly putting pressure on something (such as my bladder), so I can almost always feel my baby ha

its below the belly button- about three inches for me. My uterus is right under my belly button but all the movement is directed to the bottom of it, but if your only 16 weeks you shouldnt feel anything above the belly button

I haven't felt any flutters, just the baby pushing and stretching. When I look at my stomach the whole shape changes, the baby must be having a good time! I bet the flutters you are feeling is the baby moving! How wonderful! Also, I'm sorry to hear about your dog. We had to put one of our dogs to sleep the end of December. I miss him so much and I still cry. I like to think he helped pick out this baby and is always around.

continuous sneezing?....all the time...but thats cuz i have severe allergies...if it continues every day try taking some benadryal or clairitin and if that don't help talk to ur doc and see what he/she says... hope it helps...lots of love

well this is actually his second time around hes just basing what he know off of his ex's pregnancy you know the no sickness kind well i told him every pregnancy every women is different so now he understands i think he was just scared and didnt know what to think or do poor guy second time or not its always scarry for the guy lol but yeah i just wish things get better soon for me and you its no fun not being able to drive stand up with out feeling nausea, and not being able to drink milk man its hard but so worth it keep in touch mama!

�WOW! You're having a boy. When we tested for DS, I was just now 14 weeks; the doctor said we are having a boy. I will post my ultrasound picture sometime today. Seeing your little boy made me feel so much better. My side of the family wanted a girl and they started making me believe that I was looking at a thumb. (lol) Well, congrats!!!
