Friday, 11 April Hello there! She is great! She will be 5 months old on Monday. I cant believe how fast she is growing. Makes me sad at times. I just want her to stay little forever. But yeah she is in her walker a lot of the time because she just wants to be up and looking at everything and she loves her baby food. : ) How is your little princess? captshelley -
Thursday, 28 Feb Have you figured anything out about the carseat? I've tried EVERYTHING and she still screams. I'm not going to be able to leave the house with her until she's 2 years old. CassieM -
Wednesday, 27 Feb oh, so sorry about your bad day at the mall, I would have cried too. I hope you're feeling better now. kristeylouise -
Monday, 25 Feb Hey, I first put Audrey in her excersaucer about a week ago. She didn't care for it at first but she likes it now. The most she lasts in it is about 20 minutes but they have to start somewhere! marilo -
Tuesday, 19 Feb Hello there! My little momma is doing good! Getting bigger and smarter everyday! : ) They get so big so fast i swear. How's your little one? Yeah, Juliana spits up at times. Not all the time but when she does it's a good amount. But that's normal, that just means they ate too much. But if your little one does it a lot you should ask her Ped. Well take care TTYL! estellablu -
Monday, 11 Feb Hello! Brody is doing great! How's your little girl doing? Yes, he loves his walker. I have been putting him in it because he loves to watch what's going on. When i put him in his bouncer or swing, he can't really look around much besides what's directly in front of him, so this gives him more 'freedom'. Even though he can't touch the ground, he likes being able to sit up in it. He doesn't really get tired of being in it. I don't leave him in it for very long periods of time though, just maybe 15-20 minutes while I'm cooking or folding laundry....I would recommend getting one! The particular one that I got is a 2 step one. It's a walker for babies up until they start to walk. Once they walk, the walker folds up into a pushing toy that they push around. It's neat. kristeylouise -

Monday, 11 Feb She had her shots last week. It was rough seeing her crying and knowing I couldn't stop them from hurting her. She was not herself the rest of the day...pretty cranky..but she did sleep a lot. She had little bruises on her legs for a few days but now she's back to her normal happy self. When I got home I gave her tylenol and then two hours later Motrin. The dr told me to do that because they work two different ways. It helped a lot!! Goodluck..and don't worry..she'll be fine..its harder on the mom then on the babe. MelissaBNJ -
Monday, 11 Feb Hey,
How are you and the kids? I haven't heard from you in a while. Hope everything is great :o) marilo -
Wednesday, 6 Feb Your little one is beautiful also!! : )
Well Juliana eats every 2-3 hours and about 5oz. so no I would say your little one is right on track. I thought the same with my baby and i asked her doc and she reassured me that she was eating completely normal for her size. : ) estellablu -
Wednesday, 6 Feb Thanks for the compliment! Brody drinks about every 2 1/2 hours and eats between 5-6 oz. I asked my doc about frequent feedings too cuz at one Point Brody wanted to eat every 2 hours and only about 4 oz. He said smaller, more frequent feedings are normal... martins -
Tuesday, 5 Feb Rynn eats 4 ounces every 3 hours. It seems like that is a lot of formula. Does she cry a lot after you feed her? It may be a belly ache, my son had that problem. Do you give your baby a binkie, I would try to just give her the binkie for a little bit. I honestly don't know though. MELISSAW. -
Tuesday, 5 Feb That sounds like a lot of formula. She may not be hungry at all. Maybe she has a belly ache or she might be tired. You need to ask your doc to discuss how to tell if your baby is hungry. Eating too much formula can mess up their systems. I made this mistake with my 2nd baby. :-) kristeylouise -
Tuesday, 5 Feb Thank you! I'm sure if thats what shes eating its just fine..they're too young right now to over eat..and I'm sure she'd make you know it if she was still hungry! Audrey eats 3-4oz every 3 to 4 hours. Probably about 5 times a day. She just started eating more now that she's on formula...she was getting breastmilk in a bottle and only drinking 2oz every 4 hours. MelissaBNJ -
Tuesday, 5 Feb Hey Girl! I read your post about eating. When you feed Madison does she tend to fall alseep? What indicates to you that she has had enough.? The reason that I ask is b/c Giabella does that sometimes but as soon as she wakes up a couple of seconds later she realizes that she is still hungry but just dozed for a sec. Maybe if she would eat a little more at each feeding she'll go a little bit longer. Are you up every 1.5hrs in the middle of the night as well? Bella was born 12/6 and she is eating 6 oz of formula every 3-4 hrs. I am not sure of her weight but she goes for her next check-up a week from today. TexasTammy -
Wednesday, 30 Jan Jack turns his head a lot when he smiles too. And it seems like when I was trying to take the picture, by the time I got him to smile, and then pushed the button on the camera, he would stop. Jack's 2 month check up is on Feb. 18th. I am dreading him getting his shots too, but I am curious to see what he weighs and how much he's grown. I can really tell this week that he's growing and developing a personality and I know it will be something new every week now. They are just so much fun! martins -
Wednesday, 30 Jan Hey girl! Oh I know how the breastfeeding goes as well. I did it for a little while but it was really hard, and she always came of the breast wanting more so we are just formula now and she is very happy. Ya my baby had her two month checkup last week. She did good, she cried for about 2 minutes after her shots and then she was ok. I gave her tylenol about a half an hour before she went. Then I was giving her tylenol about every 3-4 hours after that until the next day. Can you believe how fast they growing.. it is crazy. Rynn weighed about 12 1/2 pounds at checkup. Has your baby started smiling a lot. Rynn smiles when I talk to her, she will giggle every once in a while. But ya I have a 4 year old too, so my life during the day can get pretty hectic, I couldn't even imagine having a 1 1/2 year old. You are a strong woman!! You should put some more pictres up! Well I will talk to you soon! MelissaBNJ -
Wednesday, 30 Jan Giabella is feeling better, thanks :o) My husband and I were sick for a few days but we're over it too thank goodness. It's been in the 20's here at night and the 40's for the most part during the day. I haven't really been taking the baby out. If I have to run to the store I usually wait until my husband comes home. I haven't been working out since being sick but I should get back to it. There's so much to do during the day that I don't have the time and then at night I am pooped! My little woman keeps me on my toes! I am hoping she will start staying awake even more during the day. She still likes her naps. She takes about two 3 hr naps during the day. What's new with you? MelissaBNJ -
Thursday, 24 Jan Hey there! Everything is alright, Giabella has a cold :o( Ugh, its so tough to see her uncomfortable! She is a toughy though and isn't very fussy considering. She is wearing 0-3 months now..no more newborns. In fact I just took all of her NB clothes out of her closet today. I'll miss them. I hear ya about the weight. Although I am pretty much at my pre-preggo weight, some of my old pants are snug in the belly. I hate that! Good luck with your quest to keep the weight off. My husband bought me an eliptical machine for Christmas because I told him while I was preggo that I had wanted one. I use it a couple of times per week but should really use it every day! I can be really unmotivated to work out sometimes, it's terrible. I am so glad to hear that the kids are well and you too ;o) martins -
Thursday, 24 Jan Oh my gosh, the move was terrible, I could hardly help my poor husband because I was so busy with the baby. Oh and let me tell you, I am growing right along with my baby as well. I have been trying to diet but isn't going as well as planned. I drink a lot of soda so I have switched to diet soda which is very hard for me. But I lost 25 pounds right after I had her but I have been gaining weight... It's awful. Rynn had her two month checkup today, and got her shots.. poor girl. But right now she is sleeping so I am trying to get all my housework done. Are you breastfeeding or bottle feeding? TexasTammy -
Thursday, 24 Jan We are doing really well. Jack started cooing this week and it's so cute. It is getting a little easier with him. I can't wait till he sleeps through the night. Then I'll really feel like we've made progress. I'm glad to hear everything is going good with you. Leave a message for madymay in the right column where it reads `Add comment`
