i just bought one at walmart for 19.83 for the same reason. its not an umbrella stoller but its small like one and it even recllines back just a tad has a netted cup holder and a small basket underneath (also netted) it worked wonders and i even had it on the train with me.

You can use umbrella strollers starting around 6 months - we have a Chicco and it's pretty nice. Next time I think I'll get a Maclaren, though.

Hi, ladies, I've not been on here like i use to... Sorry. I just wanted to update you guys on my doctors appointment yesterday. I passed my Glucose Exam. That's a pluss i was worried, now i know why i kept having dizzy spells, I'm Anemic, so now i'm on iron pills... Oh and the most shocking news.. My baby is Measuring 2 weeks ahead in length.... Oh my Gosh! I'm still a little scared because she emphasized that he's a big baby...... = ) Other than that i've been getting normal Braxton hick contractions. I have another doctors appointment in 3 weeks. July 21... whoa time is flying...

I live about 30 min from atlanta in hiram... No i dont really miss miami.. too much crime and too many students of mine have gotten killed (7 to be exact in one school year). You should move here... many positive black people and opportunity for advancement. As for the Camryn and I,we are great. She is the sweetest baby ever, gives me no problems.

mine was darker than normal as well. Did you go out in the sun when you were preggers? I did a lot and b/c of your belly being out there closer to the sun it get's more sun than the rest of your body so after I had the baby it was much darker but since then i've gone out in the sun and it's back to normal. :) hope this helps

Dont worry about the color... it will go away... give it a few more months... everyones body is different. Mine has lightened up alot but is still not my complexion. I see that you are from Miami.. I was born and raised there. I taught at Miami Carol City and Northwestern for seven years...

It will take a while before your belly goes back to normal color. It can come as a shock to people. I was told this by my mom so I was prepared for it.

It will take a while for your tummy to go back to your natural color. My baby is 4.5 months and my linea negra is just getting lighter. I also noticed that my belly button is a bit darker than before. Everyone told me it would take 6 months for it to go away.
