Hi, I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my third child. I recently had a chemical pregnancy in June 2007 so this is actually my fourth pregnancy.

You either love it or hate it...I've been blessed with the pregnancy bump and LOVING every minute of it.

Most of my husband and my family do not know we are pregnant and I'm hoping to spill the beans after our first ultrasound and Dr. Appt on August 28th. Can't wait to see our little bundle of joy. Although I know it's to soon to see anything right now, I'm hoping we will be blessed with a beautiful girl (we have two boys). Either way we will be happy!

I wish everyone luck during their pregnancy and will let you know what happens at my first appt.

Well, all of my family has been told about my pregnancy. Wish I could say everyone was happy, but that would be too easy. Oh, Well! Only 6 more days until my first ultrasound. It will be then that I will have an exact due date since AF never came back before I conceived my little bean...I'm guessing March 31st will probably be about right.

Okay, so I had my ultrasound on Tuesday and heard my baby's heart beat (168 beats a minute). I couldn't believe how little my baby was. I've never had an ultrasound this early, but to be able to see he/she moving at just 9 weeks was amazing. My due date was also confirmed to be the March 31st, 2008 as I had predicted.

I can't wait until I'm 20 weeks so that I can find out what the sex of the baby is. Only 10 more weeks to go, yah! I have my next doctor's appt. on Sept. 25th and will post more then.

September 25th - Not much to report. Got to hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time on the doppler. The baby kept moving around so the doctor had to keep located the heart beat. A little different than hearing it on the ultrasound. My next appointment is on October 23rd and I will be having the test done that shows whether or not the baby has down syndrome or any other abnormalities. Not that it matters I would keep the baby either way. Until my next appointment, congrats to all the new mommies and to those who are going into there 15th week.

October 22nd - Had to go to my doctor's appt. a day early due to a UTI I've been dealing with since last week. Got some antibiotics that seem to be helping. I hope I never have to deal with that again, however, for some reason I seem to get them a lot when I'm pregnant. The doctor did tell me that if I get another one that he would prescribe me a daily pill for women who intend to get a lot of UTIs during pregnancy. My next appointment is on November 20th for a sex scan and regular checkup. Just 4 more weeks (feels like an eternity) and I'll know if my hopes of ever having a little girl will come true.

November 20th -

7 lbs everything nice

In a large womb, combine all the ingredients together until firm.

Bake in womb for nine months.

Deliver and serve with lots of love!

It's so funny you said that. I feel like a cripple It hurts so bad to walk. She is sitting so low I feel like when I walk she is going to come out. I too am really involved with this pregnancy but it might be because I know it's my last.

I just wanted to say congrats on expecting a girl. I myself have 2 boys and was hoping for a girl this go around. How did you feel when you saw and heard the technician say it's a girl? I literally cried. I had convinced myself that they would say a boy...lol. eventhough I had a feeling it was a girl.

You could always bring flowers from publix or some grocery store like that for about 12.99 so you'd spend about 25 max thats what I'd do if I were you it's nothing personal and who doesn't love getting flowers??

I totally farted during aquafit class last night! I was worried people would see the bubbles, so I made a bunch of splashes with my hands. So embarrassing. Though it is a class full of preggos, so they'd probably understand.

Have fun at your baby shower.... hopefully you won't need much more after that! Isn't it funny how reality can take a while to hit!!? I don't think reality hit until I actually came home with my third one!! Girls are fun.... lots more cute clothes, and hair to put up :)

Gotcha. Yeah I guess I can see from the Dr.'s point that it would be annoying to check someone every 15 minutes when 95% of them have got nothing going on. Well, when it's time you'll know. Hopefully you can keep that baby in just a little longer!

Well, that's not bad news. At least you know the dr. thinks its safe for you to have your little one know. Why won't your dr. check you though? Is it just their policy to wait until a certain time. My dr. actually asks me at each visit if I want to be checked.

i would call your doctor. i have had a lot of BH and pressure and told my dr when i went to my appt last thurs and he did an exam and think that she might come early. i am starting to then and cant have sex, or work to many hour and so forth. sometimes BH can come when you are not getting enough water...do drink a ton of water and call your doctor and relax, no lifting and then see what he says. good luck

Hmm, well hopefully your little one stays in the oven a bit longer, at least you only have a few weeks left, did you get to hear the heartbeat? Did the doc say everything's ok?

My dr. told me a slight amount of spotting (brown in color) is fine at this point, but if it is also combined with cramping or painful BH, then I should call. I'd give a call to your Dr. just to be sure, good luck!

That is so adoreable that your son does that. I love it when my kids do really sweet things like that... it makes me smile when I am having a bad day. How's work going? Are you going to work up until the birth?

It's called a maternity support girdle or belt, and I know that Motherhood Maternity sells one version for about $20-$30. I found a listing for a used one on craigslist, if that appeals to you. I actually fashioned my own out of an elastic back support girdle that I already had for exercising. There are actually ones with a halter that slings behind your neck to take some of the belly weight off! Hope that helps.
