My name is Stacy. This is our 3rd pregnancy. On Oct. 15th 2007 my husband returned home from a 15 month tour in Iraq. On Oct. 26th 2007, 5 days before my next mensus I decided to take a HPT, since we had planned to get pregnant right away and were trying. It was positive! Two dark lines! I was a little shocked as my calculations for ovulation were to be on Oct. 16th so we basically had one shot that month to get pregnant. We were cutting it quite close. I told my husband when he got home from work that day and he was thrilled! We then told my other two children and they were excited! We have two children right now. My daughter who is 6 almost 7 in May, and my son who is 3 almost 4 in April. My daughter is from a previous relationship, but my husband takes care of her as his own, as her biological dad seemed to drop off the planet this past two years! I had my daughter when I was 19, but got pregnant with her at 18. So her dad and I were young and he didn't want me to even have her, but I just knew she was meant to be. It was tough. I was trying to finish my last year of high school and I lived at home with my parents. My parents at first were sad about it, but then they were thrilled that they would have another baby in the house again! To this day, my daughter is absolutely adored by my parents and spoiled at that! hahaha...I just have to say though, my daughters presence in my life has been the best blessing I have ever recieved. She has taught me a lot! Probably more than I have taught her. She has a very special place in my heart that's only hers! As for my son, he is my husband and my first together. He is named after my brother who is 11 months younger than me and died when he was 20. My son is a character and I tell you what, having a son is amazing. I'm such a softy on him. He sure is mommies little guy! He is all boy and rough and tough, but also very tendered hearted little guy and tells me he wants to marry me. hahaha...little boys, are so sweet! He's a well balanced little boy! If we have a boy we decided his name will be Kaden Alexander James. Kaden means battle and he will be our battle baby. Since my husband just got home from Iraq and BAM! I got pregnant. It's very fitting. If we have a girl, her name will be Kyleigh Angela Nicole. All of my babies have two middle names.

Nothing fits anymore. I had to buy maternity pants, only size 2 at this point, but my jeans don't fit me anymore. My shirts look like little kid shirts, so I had to get some longer ones. I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow. We also will have our first scan done. I can't wait. Is it twins?

Well, I `ve been using clearasil and it `s barely doing much. I think I might order proactive. I `m just really making sure I wash my face at night before I go to bed. I `m hoping it will clear up since i `m almost in my 2nd trimester. As for the old wives tale saying it will be a boy, we `re hoping for a girl. I heard the opposite, if you have acne it will be a girl as girls steal your beauty. We already have a boy so we would like a girl, but of course it really doesn `t matter! We `ll see though!

WOW! So it looks like this may be my second boy. I was hoping for a girl, but then I can spoil my girl I already have! So that `s a plus! Thanks to everyone who responded to my ultrasound picture. I bet 95% it `s a boy, but when the baby is born I will know for sure.

So today I am 24 weeks! On Saturday we found out for sure that we are having a BOY! I couldn `t be more happy! Even though we were hoping for a girl, I am so happy we are having a boy! We are naming our little man Kaden Alexander James. I love the name. Kaden means `Battle ` It `s perfect because I had my last period on Oct. 2nd 2007, my husband came home from Iraq on the 15th and according to my ovulation I ovulated on the 16th. Kaden was conceived right away! What a blessing! Not only was my husband home safe, but we were blessed with this baby to. I couldn `t have been more perfect. My little post deployment baby! hahahaha...it seems everyone gets knocked up when their hubbys return home. There were 5 other wives in our unit who were pregnant that first month and second month our guys came home. On another note...I have been having slight cramping on my lower part of my uterus. They feel like Braxton Hicks. Sometimes I get the cramps along with the contraction, but mainly I feel like I am being inflated with air slowly when they come and with no cramps. I know it `s normal. I had these with my other pregnancies. This time around they are just everyday. I do notice that I get them when I have been more active and I hear that is quite common. Sometimes I get a wave of a hormone rush. I don `t know how to explain the feeling, but it come with the air like contractions without the cramps. My head will feel a little warm and fuzzy, but not bad and I feel like I took a pain killer. Seriously, it feels good though. I got this wave of hormonal rushes with my last pregnancy to. It `s just calming and soothing. I enjoy them. Well that `s pretty much it for now. Hope everyone is feeling and doing well :)

Hey, Congrats on ur New Baby Boy...Thanx for da advice u gave me, I really appreicate it alot...But yea i hope i could hav her like around 36/37 weeks cuz i dun want it too early cuz it would be kinda of scary due 2 high risk or 2 late cuz i can't wait dat long...lol...cuz i had my baby boy last year @ 37 weeks...Well, Good luck wit ur pregnancy and hope everything is good...take care & god Bless Kathy!

I love the name. I want a name that is powerful, and meaningful. That is the hard part. We have been toying with the following: Tiger, Ygnacio (after my grandfather), Ezekiel, and daddy like Joseph - I am like NO WAY. I never thought picking out a boys name would be so hard. Plus our son is going to be such a mix up - I am Mexican/Irish/Catholic and my hubby is Black/Cuban/Jewish... So poor thing he is just going to be eclectic, so it is either to black of a name or to Mexican of a name. See I love the name Jackson but daddy said it was to black. So here we go again. We had the girl name... :) By the way has your doctor changed your original due date? My doctor said we will probably deliver in the 39th week, but I am planning a c-section so that is probably why.

Thanks for the message. I am so glad what I am feeling is normal. I hear all of these mommies saying they feel kicks and punches and I just feel like I have a fish in my belly, and it tickles. This is my first so this whole experience is just amazing, I could not have even imagined what this would have been like. Good luck with your pregnancy, and I hope you husband comes home soon and safe. My prayers are with you and your family.

Hi! I noticed you have CTS. I have it too, it is so painful! Before I got those sexy wrist guards it was waking me up in agony a couple of times a night. It went away completely the first week after getting them but now it has crept back a bit in my right hand. ) I have it in both hands). Can you recommend anything? Thanks and hope you are well.

Thats funny. I too am 5'2 and was like 116 before. I have gained about 37 pounds. I measure perfectly though and have throughout, 38 wks measuring 38 centimetres.

When I first chose the name, I was spelling it Kaden, then my family got involved and now my head is spinning with possiblities! I was stuck on Kaeden for a long time and will probably go with that cuz it looks really Irish to me, but I guess I won't decide til I hold my lil boy...so soon!

hey there well i read your comment and im not sure if its the same thing but i notice i get little rushes of something every now and then but for me i get reall clamy and be ears seem to get clogged and my eye sight hightens and my body feels as if i am floating or i may get sick it scares me and it usually goes away after a few minutes but it seems like forever i dont know what it is. i know this prob doesnt answer and questions but i just wanted to comment on having strange feelings to =)

ive had 9 u/s and next week ill have my 10th! and theres probably at least another 3 until she comes. i want a 4d so bad cause of the detail but i do get to see her every month so i dont want to be too greedy. lol! :)

i really wanted to do the 4d ultrasound but i didnt know if it was such a good idea being that i get the 2d u/s's monthly, so i dont want to expose the baby anymore than she already has to be. and isnt the cheapest package for those types of places $100? right now im trying to save every penny so that i can take a full 12 weeks maternity leave. its sad cause they are so cool looking and id love to get a look at her so i can see who she looks like.

Hi and thanks for responding to my post! I had no idea that an active day could lead to more BH than normal. And it definitely makes me feel much better that am not alone! I am just as concerned as you are about being out of shape and not being able to cope with birth. How was it with your other kids? Your 4d pics are amazing and ur baby looks so cute already!
