My name is Stacy. This is our 3rd pregnancy. On Oct. 15th 2007 my husband returned home from a 15 month tour in Iraq. On Oct. 26th 2007, 5 days before my next mensus I decided to take a HPT, since we had planned to get pregnant right away and were trying. It was positive! Two dark lines! I was a little shocked as my calculations for ovulation were to be on Oct. 16th so we basically had one shot that month to get pregnant. We were cutting it quite close. I told my husband when he got home from work that day and he was thrilled! We then told my other two children and they were excited! We have two children right now. My daughter who is 6 almost 7 in May, and my son who is 3 almost 4 in April. My daughter is from a previous relationship, but my husband takes care of her as his own, as her biological dad seemed to drop off the planet this past two years! I had my daughter when I was 19, but got pregnant with her at 18. So her dad and I were young and he didn't want me to even have her, but I just knew she was meant to be. It was tough. I was trying to finish my last year of high school and I lived at home with my parents. My parents at first were sad about it, but then they were thrilled that they would have another baby in the house again! To this day, my daughter is absolutely adored by my parents and spoiled at that! hahaha...I just have to say though, my daughters presence in my life has been the best blessing I have ever recieved. She has taught me a lot! Probably more than I have taught her. She has a very special place in my heart that's only hers! As for my son, he is my husband and my first together. He is named after my brother who is 11 months younger than me and died when he was 20. My son is a character and I tell you what, having a son is amazing. I'm such a softy on him. He sure is mommies little guy! He is all boy and rough and tough, but also very tendered hearted little guy and tells me he wants to marry me. hahaha...little boys, are so sweet! He's a well balanced little boy! If we have a boy we decided his name will be Kaden Alexander James. Kaden means battle and he will be our battle baby. Since my husband just got home from Iraq and BAM! I got pregnant. It's very fitting. If we have a girl, her name will be Kyleigh Angela Nicole. All of my babies have two middle names.

Nothing fits anymore. I had to buy maternity pants, only size 2 at this point, but my jeans don't fit me anymore. My shirts look like little kid shirts, so I had to get some longer ones. I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow. We also will have our first scan done. I can't wait. Is it twins?Wednesday, 2 Jan
Well, I `ve been using clearasil and it `s barely doing much. I think I might order proactive. I `m just really making sure I wash my face at night before I go to bed. I `m hoping it will clear up since i `m almost in my 2nd trimester. As for the old wives tale saying it will be a boy, we `re hoping for a girl. I heard the opposite, if you have acne it will be a girl as girls steal your beauty. We already have a boy so we would like a girl, but of course it really doesn `t matter! WOW! So it looks like this may be my second boy. I was hoping for a girl, but then I can spoil my girl I already have! So that `s a plus! Thanks to everyone who responded to my ultrasound picture. I bet 95% it `s a boy, but when the baby is born I will know for sure.

So today I am 24 weeks! On Saturday we found out for sure that we are having a BOY! I couldn `t be more happy! Even though we were hoping for a girl, I am so happy we are having a boy! We are naming our little man Kaden Alexander James. I love the name. Kaden means `Battle ` It `s perfect because I had my last period on Oct. 2nd 2007, my husband came home from Iraq on the 15th and according to my ovulation I ovulated on the 16th. Kaden was conceived right away! What a blessing! Not only was my husband home safe, but we were blessed with this baby to. I couldn `t have been more perfect. My little post deployment baby! hahahaha...it seems everyone gets knocked up when their hubbys return home. There were 5 other wives in our unit who were pregnant that first month and second month our guys came home. On another note...I have been having slight cramping on my lower part of my uterus. They feel like Braxton Hicks. Sometimes I get the cramps along with the contraction, but mainly I feel like I am being inflated with air slowly when they come and with no cramps. I know it `s normal. I had these with my other pregnancies. This time around they are just everyday. I do notice that I get them when I have been more active and I hear that is quite common. Sometimes I get a wave of a hormone rush. I don `t know how to explain the feeling, but it come with the air like contractions without the cramps. My head will feel a little warm and fuzzy, but not bad and I feel like I took a pain killer. Seriously, it feels good though. I got this wave of hormonal rushes with my last pregnancy to. It `s just calming and soothing. I enjoy them. Well that `s pretty much it for now. Hope everyone is feeling and doing well :)Comments on maky`s Profile

Not yet. It always take me forever to pick a name. With my last I picked it one week before she was born. lol I have a few thoughts though and they are Ashlyne Taylor, Ashlyne Brooke, Emory Brooke, or Rylee Taylor. Nothing for certain yet though.

oh thats good, i was gunna say that i have elizabeth arden 8 hour cream. its magic lol... anything like spots, cuts, bruises....just seems to cure everything and it worked wonders on my skin

i read your comment on somone else page and wantd to say i gained 90 with my daughter and have gained 0 with this prego so far but not worries doc tell me my blood pressue is 100/80.. so i try not to stress about the wait but i do .. i lost it fast but from 111 to like 160 now wow i'm wearing large maternity and was in them at 6 weeks .. they had me gain 20 pounds since i was aneroxia .. take about extremes if i dont eat i dont eat at all and if i do i eat lol.. but really i dont eat.. enough as you can see i'm obessed and blabbing os congrats to you and good luck

so are you scared? im excercing and eating right during the week and then the weekend comes and bam 2 more lbs. im scared at this rate ill have a 60lb weight gain at the end of this pregnancy. im 222 lbs already i dont want to get all they way back up to my fattest when i spent alot of time and engery losing 76lbs just to fall pregnant and gain it all back. im going to ask my doc on weds if i should see a dietician. :(

He he, our anniversary is October 16, so I can see how we ended up in the same week! :) We got a HUGE laugh after we found out that we were pregnant and calculated the conception date on the internet! As hubby puts it 'we weren't trying, but we were no longer preventing'. :) He thinks that saying you are trying means that you are having issues or something!

Sounds good if he's willing to do it. My numbness started about 2 months ago. I just thought it was my neck like usual but then I noticed more areas getting numb like my legs. I still wake up a # of times through the night and morning with numb hands, arms, legs but if its due to pregnancy than we can just be happy it will not last forever. let me know how it works, and if he's willing to help out.
