Hello everyone, my name is Mia and I am pregnant with my first child. October of 2008 I married my best friend, November I turned 30 and in December I became pregnant. We don't mess around ;)

I have both Insulin Resistance and POCS. We started trying about 2 years ago and I was prescribed Metformin 1.5 years ago. Metformin was almost like a security blanket to me since it lowered my chances of miscarriage, I felt safe and protected. I passed the 12 week mark and they took me off of it at that time, which was hard for me to deal with. Now I just need to start trusting my body a learn to relax a bit more. My husband and I are both really excited and feel so blessed to be experiencing this together.
