Hey everyone! My name is Kelley and I have been married for 2 1/2 years. My husband and I found out I was pregnant by accident. I took a pregnancy test as a joke and...SURPRISE! it was POSITIVE!! We were stunned. I guess part of me knew I was pregnant.
After a few weeks of shock and denial, we are now very excited to be welcoming a baby into our home. It's amazing how quickly you become attached to such a small little being. We love him/her already!
Jan 24- I am feeling SO much better today! I could actually eat breakfast with out wondering if I could keep it down! It is such a good feeling to be able to eat again! I am a nurse and I had an informal ultrasound done yesterday by one of the techs at my work. I couldn't help it! I get anxious sometimes wondering if everything is ok. I will be fine for a few days then all of a sudden...PANIC! Anyway, my ultrasound was amazing! The baby had little legs and little arms. So different from my 8 week U/S! It looks like a little person. And there was the heartbeat, fast and strong. My little one is working much harder in there than I have been out here. It's amazing how strong they are already! Makes me feel so good to see that he's ok in there. Wish I could have an U/S everyday!!!! 
Jan 25- Hey all! I spoke too soon. I was very sick today!! That's what I get for getting my hopes up! Oh Well, this is the only time when I will see illness as a GOOD sign! I'll get through it. WE ALL WILL!! Hope you all are feeling better!
Aug 1- I had the greatest day today! My husband and I heard the heartbeat for the first time! It was a beautiful sound. For the first time I feel like I can finally enjoy this pregnancy without feeling like I'm going to jinx it! I feel better than ever and more confident that the baby is going to be healthy and fine. My husband and I are so excited!!
Aug 21- I feel great today! It's so nice to finally be excited about being pregnant. I get nervous sometimes though because without all of that nausea and fatigue, it's hard for me to tell I'm pregnant. I do have a little belly though!! I get headaches every now and then but they go away with a little sleep. Anyway, I started Graduate school today so I have my hands full. Hope everyone is feeling good! THANK GOD FOR THE SECOND TRIMESTER!!
Aug 27- Hello all! I am getting so excited about our new arrival! Well, the time has come...people have started giving us their old.no longer needed baby stuff! HELP!! I am welcome to the gifts and very appreciative, but I am only 4 months preggo and I am afraid that by February my house will be overflowing with baby stuff!! I am taking everything just to be nice, but what I don't want gets sent to Goodwill! Anyone else have this problem? Anyway, I have been feeling good and I have a Dr. appt. on Thursday. I am SO jealous of those of you who got an u/s this time. My next one isn't until 20 weeks. We are SO anxious to find out the sex!! I hope all of you are well!
Oct 5- This pregnancy is starting to go by soooo fast! I am in school and working full time and I never feel like there is enough time! I am trying to get the nursery done but I always have a test to study for or a paper to write. My husband has been a big help. Thank God for him! I am finally starting to feel the baby move around. I never felt the "flutters" but I feel more of a twitching. Either way, every little twitch excites me!! I can't wait until she's here!

It is pretty much the same thing that he did. He started squirming again during feedings and was uncomfortable. He is now on prevacid 15mg 2 times a day

My Addyson has really dry skin and we went with the doctor's recom. Eucerin Original Formula Lotion. It is great. It is thick and soaks in well. Sometimes I mix it with a little aquaphor at night. It works wonders. I put lots on at night before I put her to bed and put it on a little lighter in the morning. Does great on her face as well.

maja is still on zantac the dr doesnt want to put her on prevacid she still fusses and is this something that i have to accept til she grows out of it?

Taylor has the same sort of stools on the soy. I'm still going to use it though and just put prunes or karo in her bottles.

My daughter too gets green poo every so often (usually about once or twice a week) and then it goes back to yellow. the doctor told me this was normal!!!

did avery spit up alot alot, see maja does but not like crazy, she just looks like she is in pain, and when i lay her down it wakes her up, and she'll be content and then all of a sudden start wailing, and when she is up she is fussy, i think she is better, but still in pain.y do they out them on nutramigen for reflux? and she is on zantac i dont know if the meds are bad for her, i just dont want her on meds, if she doesnt have reflux 100%, i dont know if she just has gas, even walking her doesnt help when she is fussy, im so sad, and confused, can u explain how avery was?

I have the same problem with my little girl. She has a flat spot on the back of her head and we try to change her positions, but it doesn't seem to work.

i'm glad that avery's tracking things!! I know it's hard, but try not to stress yourself out w/ this kind of thing and just have fun w/ her. I sometimes get so freaked out trying to gauge milestones & wish I could just chill out and enjoy beckett, period, lol!

I think that everything she is doing is normal. Every baby develops at their own pace and this might just be one thing that she isn't too interested in. I printed off large black and white shapes from my computer and had my son track those at about two weeks. Some days he was interested in it and other days he could care less!

All babies develope at different rates, but just to give you a little insight...my little girl is 5.5 months old and she can't roll over, sit up, or even eat from a spoon. She was born at 34.5 weeks and will be developmentally behind until she is two according to her doctor. I saw your post in the 3-month group. I chat with those gals because that's where my daughter should be at.

my bub tracked everything from 4 weeks but i think he did it a bit early ... my nephew took a lot longer to do this, can't remember exactly how old he was, but hes fine, there shouldnt be any concern, talk to ur health nurse if ur worried

Well I'm lucky to get her to eat 2 oz. during the day. It doesn't matter when i try to feed her because she just will not eat at all during the day. She will usually have a little bit in the morning when she wakes up and then sometime in the evening.
