A mother of three!!
Gabriel John was born on May 30th at 11:20 pm, weighing in at 8 lbs 4 ozs and 21 inches long:)
After my first internal I was in early labour for a week so at my 38 week appt she stretched me again and that was it! I went to the hospital a few hours later. I laboured all on my own for the first time ever for a few hours making it to 6 cm then my doc broke my water. Gabe was born 3 hours and 5 mins later via vagianl delivery(no pain meds) and he is beautiful and fits in perfectly with the rest of the family...we are complete now:)So far he has a wonderful temperment. He only complains when he is hungry and he is sleeping well:)
My recovery is taking longer then I thought it would but i just saw my doc and he said that I am doing remarkably well considering the fact that I have MS. I have had little flare ups but I'm sure it's do to the lack of sleep. I see my neurologist on tuesday so I will up date after that:)
So everything is going swimmingly. My doc wants me to start treatment ASAP but I'm holding out until Sept.

lol i didnt feel any pain, so maybe he was gentle. like i felt it being pushed and peeling off of my cervix, but there wasnt even a sting attached to it.

were you dilated when they did the sweep? i heard if youre not dilated more than their finger itll hurt like hell. but i didnt feel anything really. well, pain. i felt it all, but no pain attached

big boyyy! :D aww. i had my appt today :[ we didnt have the induction talk like planned, because he did a stretch and sweep, and he said how she felt he thinks i should go anyday. [[yeah right]], and he said right now she feels about 7.5 pounds! yayy! i was all happy. hes like "but she could be bigger, so dont get excited." that kinda pissed me off, cus i REALLLLY want a 7.5. anyways, i was freaking out about the stretch and sweep for no reason, cus it didnt hurt at all! lol.

Well Im in a whole new mind set now...lol I now know what not to go to the hospital for and I'm not going back until my water breaks or I cant talk through my contractions. I'm just going to relax and wait for mother nature to take its course! Can't be pregnant forever lol
