Saturday, 5 April OMG, I just looked at your pics... I have a sparrow tattoo on my side also! That is too crazy! I know its not fun to hear you have similar ink as someone, but mine is very different (flying upward, colored, and has regular wings) but its just neat when to complete strangers design ink that is similar in theory and place it in the same location... mine is custom and it appears your is as well.... thats so fun. aadams -
Saturday, 5 April I've gained 60 pounds so far and I'm 36 weeks and 1 day. My doc said that if you were petite before pregnancy you will need to gain more weight to support the baby... don't worry, I lost all of my weight with my first in 2 1/2 months, and I did it in a healthy way. I run track for my college so I stress that I may have a hard time getting back into competitive shape before next season but I know my little frame is hiding under this baby somewhere... I'll find it because I am determined to. I walk too! Isn't it sooo relaxing? I feel great after my walks... i wish some more people would try it, my energy level is just insane! BEst wishes with your baby! captlinda -
Saturday, 5 April I have had several friends over the years who have told me they gained 50 - 70 lbs and then lost it after the baby came. I had one friend who gained 70 lbs while pregnant and looked like she never had children yet she had two!! The younger you are the more elastic your skin is and your body will bounce back quicker. I gained 50 with my first when I was 22, and lost it all within 6 months. mrsjcarr -
Saturday, 5 April Honey, I am so sorry that you have gained so much weight. That is pretty uncommon for teens. I had my son at 16 years old and I think that I gain 20 pounds. I did much of what you are doing eating healthy and walking. The good thing it that you are young, so you can and will loose the weight! Everything that you are doing now will pay off after the birth of your baby. Most of your weight is water, and you will be suprised how much you loose a few days after the birth. If there is one thing that the ladies do on this site, is complain about everything. Try not to let it bother you..... Take care and keep us updated on your labor and birth story! Take care! Saturday, 5 April Thank you for saying what you did, I've put on 36 and the doctors kinda give me hard time for putting on this much and I keep getting down and upset about it and feeling bad, you put things back into perspective for me and have already helped me realize how right your are, Yeah it may be more then what I or the doctors wanted, but it could be soooo much more and it's not. Thank you! And I love your picture and the background you chose for your page...NICE!
