ITS A BOY!!!! christopher dean jr.!!!

As of October 20th 2008 i am 16 weeks and this is what i need to say

Alright, so some of you are probably wondering what i mean by the "inside job"....it my baby's nickname b/c he/she has been doing a number on me from day one!!!! it all started out with i was having prob.s with my period for awhile i would have 2 periods a month with sometimes less than a week or a little over a week in between...one time i had 3 of them...i had a pap done and it came back abnormal so i had a U/S and it came back normal other than the fact that i had nabothian cysts on my cervix *i guess those dont matter though cuz i had to ask for a copy of the results to even find out i had them* sooooo since everything was normal we went ahead and got pg...which took forever...*another sign i shouldve recognized as not normal* what 23 yr. old cant get knocked up whenever she wants...plus i already have one child *my beautiful daughter destiny ~affectionately known as Desto Spaghetti-o~* after i finally figured out i was late on my period i went a took a test and got myself a faint positive...YAY!!! got it confirmed by the doctor and started prenatals...after a few weeks of pure bliss i started bleeding heavily and passing clots...i flipped out and went to the doctor *or was it the hospital* i dont remember who came first i had tests done and so much blood drawn i couldve started my own blood bank *i found out butterfly needles are my friend b/c they get the blood out and not only am i SCARED of needles my veins like to run and hide* after tears and prayers i got news that something was sticking out of my cervix and that it was the placenta...went to the doctor and it was confirmed it was the placenta...i was given the choice to terminate with a D&C but i chose to pass the baby myself just in case i happened to be the 1% chance of carrying to partial term *preemie type stuff* it was a good thing i did chose that b/c my doctor didnt really know what he was looking at...my pg levels rose slowly *the every other day blood test proved* and i was given another U/S to see if there was a heart beat....i talked and cried to the sonographer and she looked deep inside my womb and found me a beating heart in my lil kidney bean!!!!! i cried some more got a picture *which i wish i could upload but dont have the equipment to do so yet* and found out that my baby was way too young at the time to even have formed a placenta to stick out of my supposedly incompetent cervix....the doctor went in once more with some strange looking tools and confirmed that lo and behold it was a cyst that bleed and sent off little clots whenever it was hit...ahem...so after all this bs i now am having a so far so good pregnancy and waiting on my gender ultrasound to take place...

~Dont ever give up just because someone says something unless you get a gazillion opinions...i dont care how annoyed i make doctors my baby is fine and healthy b/c i chose to wait and learn
