My beatiful baby boy Eddie Walden was born on January 19, 2009. He is the light of my life and a dream come true. I did not plan to have a baby at this time, but little did I know that this was just the gift my life needed. I met his daddy and fell very much in love over the time that we have been together. Adam has been an incredible source of encouragement and strength. He has made this journey one of laughter, hope, and joy. I could never, in a million years, ask for a better man to be with. He is so kind and loving; I hope Eddie inheirets this from him.

Little Eddie decided he wanted to come a month early. His original due date was February 16. Luckily, we were blessed with a very healthy baby boy. He weighed 6lbs and 15oz. He was 18 inches long and utterly amazing.

My life has take many unexpected turns but it has all been worth it because it led me to where I am right now. In my home with my baby boy, my future husband, and a family full of love and hope.

Brayden does the same thing (waking up screaming bloody murder). He has been waking up 2-4 times a night. When I finally bring him into bed with me he actually sleeps longer than an hour! He is cutting some teeth though so I'm hoping that is the only issue! Try putting Eddie to sleep with the blanket. That's what we have done with Brayden since he was little and he LOVES his blanky! When he was about 4 months old he used to pull the blanket over his face while sleeping and that used to freak me out, but now he throws it off his face if for some reason it covers it. They learn! He just has to get used to it. Good luck with that and I hope he gets that tooth out or figures out how to sleep for you again! LOL...I wish that for myself too! LOL

So how did the night go with the blanket? Oh and you are welcome and thanks! It's pretty exciting to be having another baby this soon, but terrifying at the same time! LOL...I'm going to be soooooo busy! Looking forward to it though! Well keep me posted on how he's doing!

My son has slept with two blankets since he was 4 months old he is now ten months, he has always done really well with it and wont sleep in his crib without it. Good luck :)

To be honest Brayden has been sleeping with a blanket for months. I am a night hawk and am always waking up every hour and I always check on him. He has never had a problem and he loves his blanky. It is your own personal choice though. My friend gave me these flannel overalls for sleeping as well, her mother made them so I'm not sure if you can buy any but they work great too, just like a blanket but not! Take care.

Hey chick, my Eddie has been sleeping with blankets since he came home from hospital. So long as you make the bed so his toes are near the foot of the bed, and the blankets are tucked in tightly, he should be fine. Hey,Brayden was a little dinosore hehe i will post some pics soon. just thought id let you to that my little man got the flu shot/h1n1 shot and hes 9 months, it didnt harm him at all, no fever or anything, his little legs seemed alittle sore but some tylon helped out great.
