Don't know about codiene but my mom and sis in law told me at headache clinics they use witch hazel, down your spine on both sides, every 30 min. This has taken 10 headaches in a row, away for me ( along with tylenol)! I'm amazed!!

about the whole water thing, i just buy baby water in the jug and make my nottles, that way they are room temp. if you dont ever heat the bottle your baby will never know the diffrence, its alot easier than trying to heat up every bottle, and baby water is already sterile. muah :)

Hello ~ you can place a bottle in hot watter from the tap inside a bowl and warm it enough for the baby. Just make sure the water inside is filtered or bottled that is room temp.
