My name is Mariel and this is my first pregnancy. I am so excited and hope to know soon if its goin to be a boy or a girl. If its a girl im going to name her Quetzalli which is an exotic Aztec name that means Precious or preciosa. Boy names i have a couple in mind. Roberto like his daddy, Ruben,Angel, Abel, Gabriel, Romeo or Leonardo.

I finally 20 weeks pregnant. As far as the pregnancy goes i feel good, not counting the lower abdominal pains i get once in a while. On Saturday 03/29/08 I get to find out what im having. I am really excited because my boyfriend, sister and dad are coming with me. I just wish my mom could've gone, but she works on the weekends. Dont matter if its a Boy or Girl ill be happy as long as its a happy and healthy baby.

Yesterday I went to the clinic to find out what my little angel was and they told me he was 1,000 % Boy. The great thing about it was that my boyfriend, mother in law, Jill(my BF boss), BF little brother, my sister Priscilla and my little brother Jr. where in the room with me watching the whole ultrasound on a big screen. After that we all went out to eat and looked around the mall. My mother in law already bought my little angel a cute outfit. I will post the U/S pictures as soon as i scan them.

Its been a long time since i wrote on my page but im glad to say everthing is going good for me so far. I finally got Medicaid and today i went to the Dr. to check up on my little one.I had an ultrasound done and i got to see his little face, the Dr. said he had big cheeks lol. He currently weighs 5 pounds and he is healthy but the Dr. told me to stop eating sweets, sodas and limit my servings of meat and tortillas. That sux cause those are the things i crave the most. Only veggies, fish and chicken, i cant even eat fruit. He told me if i dont stop now hes going to be to big for my hips and i will have to have c-section. Oh well ima have to make a sacrafice. Only 5 more weeks left.

Hey girl! Dont B worried about me.... We have been working out of Tampa for the past couple of weeks so i dont get that much of a chance to get on to write to you! But today i am in the office so i can write ya! Anyways, My feet were so SWOLLEN last night and hurt so bad! Carlos was rubbing my feet and i was rubbing his at the same time! Because he Decked a whole roof yesterday by his self while the other guys(because they dont know how) stood there and watched him! MAkes me really mad because they make the same amount of money as him... But his boss knows that Carlos works really hard and will give him a raise when he can work is just really slow right now! Thats is great that Lil Roberto is growing good! That really sucks about the diet thing! I LOVE to eat HAHA I nkow i need to stop but, I got my body back after Bianka so i will get it back this time too! Carlos said he would start running with me once i have the baby so that will be fun! HA I cant believe they only allow you to eat 1 TORTILLA! THats just not right! Last night i made Chorizo and eggs and i made like 7 tortillas and Bianka only ate one of them and i didnt eat any (i try to stay away from them right now) and i had to make more for Carlos because he finished them! N E Ways! I guess i will talk to you soon! And if i have Lil Carlitos then i will get on as soon as i can to show ya pics!

Thanks for the info! I learned about lightening, and all of pregnancy for that matter in nursing school, but until you experience it for yourself all the knowledge in the world is just words..you know?
I just get freaked out with each new symptom I get. The cramps are bothering me, they come and go...but I don't have any tightening in my tummy. So I'm sure it fine...and I think the baby dropped. My next ob appt is Wednesday, so I will ask the OB then. I'll be so glad once I deliver, all I want is a healthy baby and my own health of course. I'm sure once the baby is here it will be a whole new lists of worries though.

I'm a scorpio. As long as the baby isn't too big, and there are no complications I assume it will be a vaginal delivery. I'm still getting those sharp pains. And I get what feel like menstral cramps that come and go. I'm ready to meet my baby!! Five more weeks.

wow that does suck.. bout no sweets! yea thats what my doctor says 2 no pop i have to cut it off but i always manage to drink it i know i need to stop! A littl boy huh wow how exciting! i cant wait to find out what we are having on Wed! i already have a little girl so i want a son.. How cute disney characters!! im going to do baby Looney toons for my baby shower! I have been feeling the exact same way as you for the past 2 months! So dont worry girl your not alone... And not only that the part where it hurts when you try to pick up your legs to put on your pants (It gets WORSE) Now it hurts in the same spot when i try to roll over in the middle of the night! And i LOVE sleeping on my stomach so i am so tired of sleeping on my side and i cant breathe when i try to sleep on my back so anyways the uncomfortableness wont go away until a few weeks AFTER the baby comes! Lol i know thats not what you wanted to hear but i am 2 1/2 weeks away from my due date and it seems like it is draggin on! I am so excited i get to meet little Carlitos soon! MY suegra is making me a baby shower this weekend with all her friends I am a little worried because she lives 2 hours away and so what if i go into labor i dont want to have the baby down there! I want to have him at the place where i am used to you know what i mean? I am sure it will be fine just gotta hold him in if i do go into labor! LOL Anyways do you think you will have lil roberto early or late? I am hoping that Carlitos will come like a week and a half early ! I have already been having contractions sometimes they hurt and sometimes they dont but we will see! Well i will Talk to ya laters!

Hey girl i am glad you got to finally see lil roberto again! Well Bianka was really low for a LONG time before i had her, and she was late so dont count on having him early, but hey you never know! I am only 3 weeks and 2 days away from my due date not long now... I have been having contractions sometimes pretty much every day but i go tot he doctor today so we will see whats up!
