Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Friday, 26 September Hey just wanted to comment on the stretching of the cervix. My doc did it every week for 3 weeks until my daughter was born and it just helps dialate you about a half a cent. each time. It was a blessing with her because it really does work. I had my membranes stripped last week with this pregnancy and this week my doc started the stretching. They are different. The stretching helps alot cause I promise it will help dialate you every time your doc does it. I was at a 1 & 1/2 cent. last week and was still the same this week. He stretched me to 2 centimeters. So they are totally different. mommy2beinoct -

Thursday, 18 September Don't feel alone. I feel the same way, too! Everyone is like 'you need to enjoy the last few weeks, you're going to miss them'. I just shake my head and say okay. If they could only feel what I'm feeling they would not think that way! ARGH...it's so annoying to hear! thunder thighs -

Wednesday, 17 September I know two friends who were induced two weeks early. I think it all depends on the circumstances. I wish mine would induce. I can't even take a short walk, much less sweep my tiny house anymore without getting in a lot of discomfort. Last week I was 1 cm and 33%. Go tomorrow morning for another check up. Hopefully it's changed dramatically! Good luck to you!!! thunder thighs -

Sunday, 6 July Hi. My mother-in-law had shingles about a month ago. My Dr. had me avoid being around her while she was 'broken out' but said other than that, it was fine for me to be around her. Apparently it is much less contagious than chicken pox. I'm sure you're fine!!

Sunday, 6 July Yeah, it's my first pregnancy too... and the hormones definitely don't help with the mood swings. I've been doing my fair share of overreacting as well. wilsonwilson -
Sunday, 6 July I have to say my first pregnancy and I did the same my second one I was in and out of hospital and this one I am low risk but worried about having to go into hospital when it gets so hot and I swell and my blood pressure goes up. I have never been so sick than with this pregnancy I never sneezed with my girls and this one I have had 2 cold sores in 1 month and haven't had them for 4 years and my nose and I have had a cough for like 6-7 weeks now my immunity is really low but good to know that baby is ok though. I am glad I was able to help you out, hope your weekend was good x wilsonwilson -
Sunday, 6 July Hi, Shingles is an adult form of chicken pox and some doctors are funny about it and others are laid back. It can be dangerous for baby to be born with chicken pox but baby has got your immunity which is why we all feel a bit pants and keep getting colds, well I do anyway lol. I am sure you will be fine. I am sorry to hear about your grandma it is not nice having them at all. Hope you are well x sara-in-oregon -
Sunday, 6 July Sorry your grandma has shingles, but most likely you are fine... especially if you already had the chicken pox when you were a kid. Shingles and chicken pox are related but shingles is less contagious and won't be passed to you by coughing or sneezing. Anyway, try not to stress about it because stress is bad for your immune system. babypeytonsmommy -
