Now at 32 weeks and it seems like 8 more weeks is so far away! I have been banned from driving and told to cut back at work as I have a little problem with passing out lately. I passed out yesterday on the way to work driving and was lucky enough to be able to pull over and put the car in park before it happened:) Doc says it is a lack of blood to my brain, a rapid drop in blood pressure with all my blood going to my uterus. Nothing I can do to control it so now my mom and dad are driving me to work. Makes me feel like a child again. I have all of the common symptoms of pregnancy, heartburn, restless legs, back pain, lots of braxton hix and lower abdominal aches. I'm ready to have this baby. I just keep picturing the end result of having a little girl to get me through it. It will be worth it in the end!

That's awesome that your doc said you could give birth in the next day or so! I have to admit I'm a little jealous. =) Were your strong braxton hicks regular? Last week I was 80% effaced and at a station -2, but not dilated, but this whole week I have been having really strong BH contractions... hopefully they're doing the same thing to me that they did to you! =)
Good luck! And congrats!

i see my dr at 11:30 am in the morning.. i will sure let u know as soon as i get back. but my dr is also as stubborn LOL but im just going to tell her , with my cousin having that and how her baby was i would really hate to sue her for not preventing that from happening . lol maybe i just worry too much lol . but i want to be more safe then anything . so i guess tomorrow is grumpy day LOL i will let u know tho.

thank you .. i think i am more worried because my cousin had a baby that was affected by the strep B i just dont know what i would do . He was blind for ever seems like, and he still has alot of problems. but he is alot better but they almost lost him. i think and knowing strep B is what caused him to be that way . scares me the most . but thank u. im going to ask my dr to induce me so that i can have time to get the antibiotics . i hope it works out . i will let u know i see the dr tomorrow .

HI. I just had a 35 week u/s. Our baby is measuring EXACTLY to the due date / conception date, etc. (35 weeks, 2 days. They estimated his current weight at 6lbs. 3 oz.

preggobrandy - Thursday, 3 April
4 lbs is what my 4d ultrasound said last week:) but im measuring really really small

Kela - Saturday, 29 Mar
I just realized that that might have sounded bad. I don't mean you are sooo small, I just mean you look really good!! Sorry if I offended you! lol....

You look GREAT

Kela - Saturday, 29 Mar
Thanks for the idea.

P.S. I love your 32 week picture. You are so small! I would feel like a HOUSE if I was standing beside you! HAHA.

Kendall Leigh is a lovely name f i was having a girl we were going to call her Isla which is pronounces without the s
how it works in the Uk is during your pregnancy first of all the lady would be 'booked in' which means you are essentially saved a space in hospital for when you have your baby at this appointment all your details are taken and such like
about 2 weeks later you have your dating ultrasound
after this if there are no problems you visit a midwife from your 'team' each team of midwifes have aset number of ladies to look after during thier pregnancies my team is called the poppy team!
you see one of those midwifes every 4 weeks until 32 weeks then from then till 36 you would see her every 2 weeks then after that every week
ita a lot different i think as to how you ladies are cared for in the states
their are times when you may need to see a doc such as if you have had previous csection like me
and the best thing is its all free bcos we have the national health service over here all medical treatment is free unless of course you wanted to b like a celebrity and have the baby in an exclusive private hospital lol
its nice though bcos in my last pregnancy i had the samr midwife at every appointment and she was in theatre when i had my c section!
the abour suites are mainly midwife led after baby is born of course the baby doctor checks baby when he is born and before you leave and signs the paper to dischasrge you
and it even better when you get home for a fortnight the midwife comes to your home every day to check how your doing how baby is doing and if your stitches if you had any are healing and she will give you answers to any worries you may have atall
overall the care we recieve is amazing :)
lol ill stop prattling on now hope you are well today :) xx

mummyp - Saturday, 15 Mar
