Yes my doctor appointment went well, thank goodness!!! I have another ultrasound scheduled for Tuesday to check his wight, as of Tuesday I will be 36 weeks. Do you know how big your baby is? Are you feeling better with the SPD? We don't have too much longer now!

Hey there thanks for checking in on me. Good news- my cervix has not changed so the bed rest is working! Kind of bad news... the baby's heart beat was really high whiel the doctor was listening with the doppler, so she hooked me up to the NST machine there in the office. His heart rate stayed high the whole 20 minutes. Now she didn't seem too alarmed, but she has me going in for another one Wednseday. I asked her what the high heart rate could mean, and she said that he is very resposive to the contratctions which is good, he is not under any stress, his heart rate was just a little high. This could be from me stressing out! I was scared to go to the doc because I didn't want any more suprises you know. And when I was in the hospital Friday they told me if my heart is racing so will the baby's. Honestly before all this his heart rate was always perfect, those were the doctors words. So I am hoping that it was just becasue I got worked up. I mean she took the heart beat right after doing the pelvic exam and then I couldn't really calm myslef down I kept thinking about the heart rate.

Yes I went to the beach. Photos are on my page. On the side. It is not warm in Washington. 52 degrees. Which was warm for this time of the year! We do not see the sun 90% of the year and we had an amazingly clear day so we had to get outside to admire the phenomenom! It was just gorgeous out too. I walked probally a couple miles today which is more than I have done in 9 months. I used to take walks in the neighborhood and workout a couple times a day but with how sick I have been I just have not been able to go outside plus its been bitterly cold. I bundled up today and did fine. I can not believe this huge belly I have grown! I hope your day went ok. I noticed last night my ankles are swollen as well. I never see them but they were on the ottoman with no socks or shoes on so I could see them. We'll talk tomorrow. Night.

THIER GETTING BETTER :) I WAS AT 8 UNITS AND NOW I JUST ADD 2 MORE TO MAKE 10 AND IT SEEMS TO BE DOING BETTER LOL BUTT I GO FOR AN ULTRASOUND TOMORROW TO SEE IF ANYTHING CHANGED BUT MY AMNIIO IS FRIDAY BUT IF ANY OTHER NEWS GOES ON TOMORROW ILL LET YA KNOWWWW :)

Hey there. I was so surprised to see your pictures after so many months of the blank page :)Very sweet. Don't worry about your weight. You look great. I was so worried about my weight when pregnant, but now it seems so unimportant. All that matters now is good health and happiness for those I love. I gained 75 lbs total, but have lost 25 lbs in 2 weeks...mostly fluid. The rest is fat, of course, but I know I'll get it off. Ian is at home now. He is doing great except for jaundice. His levels just aren't coming down, so we may need to do phototherapy at home. He is up to 5 lbs. 1 oz. He went down to 4 lb. 8 oz. after birth and it has been a struggle to get him back up to birth weight. He is so cute and we love him more and more every day. Maya is already quite the amazing big sister; so loving and helpful. My blood pressure seems to be getting back to normal. I was admitted back to the hospital 2 times since baby's birth because it got very high after delivery. In general, though, I feel great and so happy to not be pregnant any more. My husband is getting a vasectomy...I am just not meant to be pregnant and I don't plan to do it again. I look forward to hearing all about your new baby when she arrives. I hope you have a quick and safe delivery. keep in touch.

Well You Rock as well. Wish I lived closer to those I have connected with on here. Wow to think of you getting pregnant soon again is just hard to imagine. I hope your body heals fast. I know I would want to die to get pregnant again so soon. That just sounds completely unfun. Are you going to nurse? It'll be a while if so before you will ovalate. At least 6 months. It was 12 months in between my 12 and 13 year old. I hope you are doing well. Have a wonderful day. I am going to get my kids out of the house and go to the beach. We have beautiful beaches in Washington. There odd though as there is drift wood all over the beach and there are rocks all over. Not the soft sand. I have never gotten used to that part. I am so used to California beaches. Lived there 28 years. Chai for now.

Oh your pictures are so cute! You look great. I am trying to load new pics of my shower and belly, but not having any luck. Good thing I have nothing else to do all day except keep trying!!! Today is my first day alone on bed rest, I had the weekend with my hubby and my parents and brother and sister came to visit me. I have such a great family. Wow that must stink having your fingers swollen and having to test. My fingers just started getting sore, I thought i was going to luck out on that but no. I have only gained 20 pounds so far. Thre was one month where I gained 5 pounds all at once, then I leveled off. I haven't gained any wieght since being on the GD diet, and I was really good about walking every day. But now I am on bed rest so we will see what happens in the next few weeks as far as my wieght. I am only 5'2 and weighed 109 before I got pregnant. I actaully go to the doctor today at 3:45 I hope I get good news, no more baby scares!!!

A BH gets your whole tummy tight. A real labor contraction does the same but usally begins in your lower back and then comes around front. A BH will stop with change of position, going pee, or getting up and walking around a little. A real contraction does not stop with changing anything. Nothing stops it. Yes they hurt down in your cervix. As they should since the contractions are opening the cervix up. As you know many women dialate and efface before the big day so you would have to get some real contractions here and there to open you up. But again when real labor begins it will not stop. I am getting the cramping back pain contractions here and there so that tells me my body may be doing something. If anyone has anymore questions please feel free to ask me or anyone of us Moms that have experienced this before.

Theres your beautiful face! You are a very beautiful bride! I am glad to see you were able to get some photos on. Are you considering this to be your last pregnancy with all that you have been through? Well either way remember to document the pregnancy for your daughter. She will want to see what Mom looked like and felt like. I wrote a journal to my daughter. I wish I would have wrote more though! I have taken some pictures taht I will get developed so she can see the progress. Well have a good night Mary.

Hey look at you! A face! You poor thing with the nausea on top of your pains. Thanks for thinking of me while sick. LOl glad to hear I come to mind in the most in opptune times. How are you doing this evening? Are you still not feeling well? I am having a hard time eating small things as well. I seem to suck on lemon drops through the day rather than eat. I try to eat a sandwich than realize after a few bites I can't eat I don't have room to eat. Sometimes you get nausious in the last month because of hormones changing. I hope you don't have to many mornings like that. I know some ppl get it as well in early labor. Don't we wish! I am glad to have a face to the name finally. Take some more or have your hunny do so. :) You look great! I guess the way you talked I was imagining you had blown up like the blueberry girl on charlie and the chocolate factory! YOU LOOK AWESOME! Make sure you get lots of photos now to share with your daughter. What are you naming her. I can not remember if you told me. Have a gorgeous evening hun. :)

Yes I am resting now! I keep thinking how scared I was in the hosptial Friday when I thought he was coming early, and that is a good reminder for me to stay put even though it would be soooo tempting to go through baby clothes or dust or something like that. For me it is weird becasue unlike you, I am not in any pain, so I feel weird laying in bed during the day! I am not a nap person, and I am always a busy body. I don't even watch that much TV. So I feel like I should be sick or in pain, it's kind of messing with my head! But I have alrady thought of things to occupy my time. I take a scrapbooking class once a month and since I will be missing out on that for a little while I can work on it from my bed. I can get online (that really seems to help talking to people on this site) and I might get my hubby to pick up some birth announcements and I will not fill them out but address the envelopes. So far my blood sugar numbers have stayed good, what about you? I was walking everyday for 20-30 minutes, so I was afraid amybe my numbers would go high but they didn't. My doctor is taking me off the medicine and bed rest March 4, that is when I turn 37 weeks. If I have him within a week naturally great, if not I will be induced my 38th week. We have not set a date for induction yet. But wow you are March 10!!! It won't be long. So with your SPD does that go away immediately once the baby is born? It's funny because I am ready for my body to go back to normal, like not having GD and not being on bed rest! I have alreasy planned like 10 things for my hubby to go get me to eat after I have the baby.

ugh their still high and they upped my dosage from 5 to 8 and then i take a different one at night andf thats 10..... ummmm i dunno they said to call this lady monday to see how they are but its pissing me off bc i went out for japanese and i didnt realize that that can be bad for u and was up 206!!!! im soo mad and just want to deliver him so he doesnt get the bad stuff :( so im worried there... um i go back for another ultrasound tuesdayy and then a check up and the amnio on fri.. i think someone told me u stay there after the amnio for monitoring and then i think u might get it the next day but ill ask the ultrasound doc on tuesday more about ittt b... well hope u doing better than me!!!!
