I had twins. they weighed 4lb 13oz and the other was 5lb4oz. we all left the hospital less than 48 hours after I had them. they could breathe on their own, take a feeding, and maintain their temp. those were the 3 criteria that had to be met. how many weeks did she carry her twins? i had mine at 37weeks.

OMG, my Maddie nursed for hours when she was first born. Problem would be that she would fall asleep during and would cry if taken off the breast. Best practice would just leave your baby on the breast until they release your nipple. Pediatrician and Lacation consultations all said to let her nurse. It's hard I know, but it will get better!
