I guess this marks my official entry into the second trimester. It's much easier to relax knowing the threat of miscarriage is very low now. I was glad to hear the heartbeat at my last visit. We are looking forward to finding out the sex of the baby on Jan 21st (as long as he/she cooperates of course). I'm looking forward to finishing up my Christmas shopping this week so that I can relax and enjoy the last week before Christmas. It's our last CHristmas with just Matthew and I want to really enjoy it!30 weeks have officially passed...only 10 more to go. She has been so active these days it `s unbelievable! Sometimes it will take me by surprise and I `ll make a little noise and the girl on the other side of my cube wall will ask `Hey - What `s going on over there”
We had a great weekend away. We took my son snow tubing and he had a blast with his Daddy. I took lots of pictures. We also went to a few stores that had talking animatronics animals which were a big hit with him! He was such a good boy (just with a lot of energy). He was very interested in seeing his new cousin Riley (especially once she started crying due to a pretty big BM). Matthew wanted to see her getting her diaper changed and he kept saying `Riley sad” and `Big poop `. It was too funny! LOL! Let `s hope he `s as good with his new sister!
I am definitely feeling the pressure to get him moved to the new room now. 10 weeks will just fly by and I don `t want to be doing everything last minute. People have been giving me outfits and such for the new baby and I keep stacking them in a corner of the room until I get Matthew moved...oh well! All in good time I guess!
31 weeks today! YAY! I can't believe that time is flying by so fast. We had a busy weekend getting the last of the clothes out of the guest room. Now I just need to call a local charity to have them pick up the bedroom set and then we can paint the room. I keep telling myself that we have 9 weeks but it seems like she'll be here tomorrow so I am feeling pretty antsy. She's still super active and lately she's been hitting my bladder which makes the bathroom trips all the more frequent! LOL!

Well, a local charity came today to pick up our spare bedroom set. Now all we need to do is give the room a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint and then we can move Matthew in! I hope to get this completed by the end of the month...we'll see. All of the new baby stuff is piling up in the house and I need somewhere to start storing it...argh...I think the nesting instinct is starting to kick in! LOL!

I was pretty upset last night and this morning, since this is a work day for me.
He assured me today he would stick to the schedule. It just made my day stink! I am so tired I have a hard time focusing on work.
I might need to have a full time sitter starting sooner than later if this continues.
What a great big brother!!! He'll be a pro before you know it! Hunter is so in love with Riley its crazy!!!
What a cutie pie big brother!!!
They look so cute together!!! Awwwwww!!!
Today, Riley has CRIED AND CRIED AND CRIED!!!
We had to spend a lot of time in the car... not so much fun at all. She has finally nodded off for a well needed nap. I will see you soon.
I didn't even know I was capable of feeling that way. I love her sleepy morning snuggles too. I hate thinking that she will someday outgrow these times too.
Lego Camp is when they make all sorts of powered vehicles and mechanical buildings and stuff like that. They have a competition and see which team wins. Sort of like a science project in a way. Its something new he is trying. He didn't have any plans for the rest of June, and July is filled wtih Cape Cod, summer reading camp, a 3 day baseball Camp and Camp Sunshine and JoNathan is coming for 2 weeks too
I am gonna try and see if he can go to a Camp in Hopkinton this August too. I am sure he will fill in the time with friends and the park camp down the road. Plus he is getting a new leg this summer so we are so busy with appointments for that, his braces, his normal renal doctor appointments, and the dentist. Its hard to keep it all straight.
Hope to see you guys then. We will be done and back to mom and dad's around 2pm on the 1st. Maybe we can have a family dinner or something at moms if you are up to it. Have you been getting out yet or is it too soon? If not we will come to YOU
We are at the Cape for the 4th... going to Childrens on the 1st and spending the night at moms. The 2nd we will head for the Cape in the AM. So we won't be driving right through and we are drving at Riley's time to sleep... so I think she will be fine. And I will be back there with her this time so it will be all good. She just wants her mommy when she feels that way. Last night we were taking a bath and her bathsoap slipped out of my hand and hit her in the head
and she had a really long cry. No bump, I think it just startled her. Ever since the first drive on Thursday she has been a bit more cranky and refused a bottle. Today, this AM she finally took a bottle for Jay, cause I am at work. I knew my little porkchop wouldn't refuse food when she got hungry.
Oh I can't wait till the next time to see how she has changed, happens too quick. I will be around on July 1st for the night... so I hope to catch up with you guys then.
I really enjoyed seeing you guys. Hope it wasn't too overwhelming. Riley had a pretty hard time with the drive there and BACK
We made it though!!!! It took 3 long stops but we did it!!!! Every time I went to put her back in her seat she lost it.... as if to say "not this again... I just can't take it anymore." I never hear her scream like that so it broke my heart.
Today her threshold is a little low too... and she is sleeping a lot today. Poor little lady. Thank God the next trip we will make as a family and I can sit back with her. But I bet someday she will be a great car rider....
