Hello, my name is Laura. My husband, Axel, and I have been TTC since August after we got married. I'm American and he's French and we live in Western France. I majored in French in college and came over here in 2002 after graduation to work in a french high school for a year or two to teach english, and learn french. And then at the beginning of my second year here I met Axel, and that's why I'm still here! It was only supposed to be a year or two and now it's been over 5! We're happy though, and now we're ready to start a little family!!

Monday April 28- Back to Reality, AF is here!! On CD 34, how awful is that!? Last month my cycle was 26 days and this cycle it's 34, what? Oh well, back to the drawing board :)

Sunday May 4- I have an appt. on Tues. with a gyno. To try and figure out why AF is sooooo inconsistent. We'll see....

Fri. May 9th- I've started charting my bbt, this is what my gyno says I should do for 3 months so she can see if I'm ovulating correctly. I probably should have started doing this sooner! On another good note, I got a very faint positive on a opk this afternoon! I hope it gets darker tomorrow! (I'm on CD12)

Fri. May 16- I'm happy because I've been charting on fertility friend (great website) and it's finally showing that I've o'ed. On day 15. I was worried because my temp. didn't seem to be going up, but it finally has started to. Day 15 was last Monday. So today I'm CD20, AF should come on day 29 if I O'ed last Monday. My bbs aren't sore but my nipples are, has anyone ever had this? I'm really not too excited though because this has already happened to me one month and I obviously wasn't pg!!

Thank you !! I'm really really hoping you get to come join me soon! My first son was born 12/8, and I thought he'd be mad at me later in life for his b-day being SO close to Christmas....I guess he won't have any right to complain about it now!! This next one is REALLY gonna be upset.....but oh-well!! It's a great present for me!

my bday was saturday but i got my presents and dinner with hubby today....didn't get a chance til today..it is kinda fun having it spread out.......i am 29 now....wow
well, i am glad your inlaws live kinda far away then....where are you at on your cycle? aren't we close together or did it get thrown off some where......i am hoping that one time did the trick last week...lol

i just delete them every time and make a new one but i didn't do that this time...i will next cycle maybe....i deleted my whole page almost......i guess we aren't like clock work though.....i am going to go by my cm from now on and cramps..well, we bd on the day i think i ovulated so i would crack up if i get pregnant....i think i will start trying around day 16 or 17 now....if he will this next round that is...oh and if i did get pregnant my due date would be dec. 30th....lol......our cycles are close again......i will take a christmas baby........my step niece was born on dec 26 and loves it.....you never get the christmas blues i guess.........do you usually try around day 17 or 18? hope you weekend is good :)

Hey girl - vacation was awesome!!! New picture of the baby on my site. So, the baby is measuring 2 days ahead of schedule. I seriously think I ovulated on day 3 or 4. lol, who knows. we bd'd a lot on the beginning, so that was probably the key. Anyway, how are you doing? Is the weather nice there? Snow here -ug!!!!

i am so glad you had fun...you can ask me anything btw.........my mil has breast cancer....i don't think she will pass real soon but i can't see her making it past summer or even fall...but only Gods knows......so we aren't really trying anymore but we aren't using condoms or anything either...he seems better about the ttc thing too so i hope next month he will be up to it...no pun intended.....hehe
i kinda think i have been wrong about when i ovulate now.....cuz i have had lots of cm up to day 19 and then it is gone after that...and i have a little cramping...and i never have sex around then either...the only time i did was cyce day 17 and that is when i got pregnant..but i always thought i oed on day 15...so hmmmmm...i am kinda excited about this........we are once a week sex people...lol....and then if we are ttc we will have sex like day 13 and 15........lol....the ovulation tests is always postive on like day 15 and 16...so i thought that was when i oed...but i remember it saying that it is like 24 to 48 hours after....so hmmmm?
i had a client that said her ob said don't even go by ovulation tests? okay, that is my fun facts for the day.... ;)

I missed you! I'm so glad you had a good time with your Mom! When my Mom comes out, she always cleans - and I love that!!! So, maybe you ovulate really early, especially if AF came on day 23. For whatever it's worth, my cycles were 24 days long and according to calendars - I ovulated on day 7. Who knows, right? I could never get those darn OPK tests to mean anything.
Thanks for showing me why the link wouldn't work. It's crazy - I type it in with www, and then this website won't show the www. Whatever. But thanks for showing me what to do to fix it. :) And thanks for voting!!! I better get to sleep. Manicure and pedicure in morning!!! Gotta have cute toes for swimming!

i am glad your mom is coming to see you.....that is good you guys keep up on seeing each other......so it is cold there now too...yesterday wasn't to bad here....not dress weather though.....well, i am was glad to get that ttc break so now me and my hubby r feeling like it again.....lol

awww, you might do it the natural way....i think it just takes longer for some people...look at all our friends on here and then wam...it happens...they r knocked up......i feel like myself again about it...which i think is super good.....i'm not baby obsessed anymore....just think too...when it does happen to us we will feel so blessed and grateful.....i bet i will cry like a baby when that darn test says i am......until then i am going to live life and have fun...and have retail therapy...lol
atleast time is flying now.....those 2 weeks aren't as long...thank goodness......i can wait to get on here either....i just have some great friends i look forward to chat with....alright girly..hang in there....it is worth the wait :)

I'm glad you guys enjoyed this month and just chilled. It's so emotional and no one knows how you feel because it's so different for everyone.

Is your Mom out yet?? I bet you're so excited. What do you guys have planned?? Are you going to hang out or do some girlie things? When my Mom comes out this summer she's going to teach me how to make some of my favorite recipes my grandma used to make me. It's weird how much closer we've become - and I love it. She's given me some great advice, and her pregnancies were just like mine. It's crazy!

I've felt horrible the last two days (call me Mc Pukester) and all of the sudden I feel SOO good right now. I'm going to take advantage of feeling good and go shopping (I need that bra!)

i get tired of worrying about making sure we ttc this day or that day.....i am over it...
i enjoyed the break....
i will try harder next round i guess....i don't feel optimistic anyone either.....i didn't realize i was almost done with my cycle either...i have been busy though...which helps...and i sorta don't want this due date so that helps too...lol
i will take it though......
well, i hope you didn't try to late....maybe that was a good think...who knows......
i did buy some dresses this week for summer....none r pink though :(
i am gonna be more girly this summer....they are casual ones but super cute.....
