Hello, my name is Laura. My husband, Axel, and I have been TTC since August after we got married. I'm American and he's French and we live in Western France. I majored in French in college and came over here in 2002 after graduation to work in a french high school for a year or two to teach english, and learn french. And then at the beginning of my second year here I met Axel, and that's why I'm still here! It was only supposed to be a year or two and now it's been over 5! We're happy though, and now we're ready to start a little family!!
Monday April 28- Back to Reality, AF is here!! On CD 34, how awful is that!? Last month my cycle was 26 days and this cycle it's 34, what? Oh well, back to the drawing board :)
Sunday May 4- I have an appt. on Tues. with a gyno. To try and figure out why AF is sooooo inconsistent. We'll see....
Fri. May 9th- I've started charting my bbt, this is what my gyno says I should do for 3 months so she can see if I'm ovulating correctly. I probably should have started doing this sooner! On another good note, I got a very faint positive on a opk this afternoon! I hope it gets darker tomorrow! (I'm on CD12)
Fri. May 16- I'm happy because I've been charting on fertility friend (great website) and it's finally showing that I've o'ed. On day 15. I was worried because my temp. didn't seem to be going up, but it finally has started to. Day 15 was last Monday. So today I'm CD20, AF should come on day 29 if I O'ed last Monday. My bbs aren't sore but my nipples are, has anyone ever had this? I'm really not too excited though because this has already happened to me one month and I obviously wasn't pg!!

i am glad you understand......my reason is a work reason really.......cuz i will really try the next time when it will be like a dec. 30th due date.....that is when we r slow......and it would be perfect to take the time off......nope, it isn't a chain...which is good cuz the owners r right there for when something goes wrong or whatever...
at least i can drink wine for the entire month.......lol

oh i hope your right...well i am going into the doc today...my bh contractions are getting out of control and i havent felt jacobi move more then like 1 or 2 times a day since like thurs...so she wants to make sure everything is fine!!! i know everything probably will be!!!

Haha, I didn't even realize the cup was in all of the pictures! We feed our dogs using that cup, haha! How are you feeling? I hope AF doesn't show up either! I will be thinking about you!! Good Luck!

hi thanks for your comment on my babys room (little quack) i wish you all the best TTC it has been a long road for me after having my daughter first time at 17 i miscarried and then tried for 4.5 years for this baby but it is looking good for you if you are ovulating as i wasn't just thought i better put that in in case i started you off in a panic there I'm sure it will happen for you real soon i will keep my fingers crossed for you good luck and all the best linds xx

Girls are fun. They have so much cute stuff out there for baby girls... for the boys you have to look a little harder to find cute stuff. Not to mention, fixing their hair and nails, and watching them play dress up is adoreable!! (The only down side is my little girl is PMSing all the time at the age of 2...lol!) I think 4 will be it for me...girl or boy! (I told my husband though that I can't guarantee that) I'm sure you'll get pg soon.... and then after the first one comes, that's what really decides how many kids you want :) I am lucky...all of my babies have been great babies and the labor/delivery went well. (I think secretly my husband was hoping for a difficult baby so I would stop ... haha...maybe next time) Good luck!!

Well, my youngest is now 5 months.. soon to be 6, but we started TTC when he was 4mos. It's a little crazy... I know. (I really think it's a hormone thing) The story behind it though, is by u/s we thought my baby boy was a baby girl, so I got kind of 'attached' to a made up littl girl. When he was born, I was really happy of course.. but kinda felt a little sad... like I lost someone. (We had been calling the baby Brielle for 5 mos before he was born, and we had all girl stuff etc.) So I convinced my hubby to let me try for my Brielle. If I get a boy though...it'll be okay. :)

Gotta love our silly men :) Actually... I gotta give him lots of credit, cuz how many men out there would support their crazy wife who is TTC #4 when their oldest is 4 and the youngest is 4 mos! I think I must have some whacky hormones that drive me to do this. :) How's the 2ww coming along... keeping busy?

to tell the truth i'm not sure cuz my cycle was crazy last month when i bled for 15 days,before i got pregnant my cycle was irregular but after having my son and daughter it stated to come regular except for last month,so if no a.f this month or next month then i will go and get a blood test,but have been taking multivitamins for the folic acid just in case,well good luck and fingers are crossed,ttyl
