Well, mama's...still no word of an offer on our house It's getting down to the wire. If we got an offer today, it's about 30 days to closing and I've got just 4 1/2 weeks until I expect baby to come, so we are running out of time. I appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers. I will let you know if we hear anything. Send lots of moving dust our way!

I'm gonna go get ready for a date with my hubby! I gave myself a pedi, now I have pretty fuschia tootsies...too bad my feet are so swollen! Hope you all are feeling good...give those babies some love for me TTYS!!!

hi there you say your fearing labour, just to say its a natural thing our bodies cope well with and hte more relaxed you are the better, it does hurt but once you have your baby in your arms you will quickly foget it so it don`t last that long.. good luck an dthink posotively it helps..

Do not worry about tearing or an episiotomy...I have had two children. One weighed 6 lbs 4 oz and the other weighed 9 lb 12 oz...I did not tear with either and I did not need an episiotomy. In fact, with both I requested that they keep the scissors away! Most women can stretch to accomodate the baby...it's the times when they do not that you hear about it! So no fear! You don't have to worry about it until the time comes and I'm sure then you'll just want the baby out...good luck!

Oh no OUCH!!! Get better soon! How horrible to have to work with all the pain. SPD doesn't have anything to do with needing a c-section, so you don't need to worry about that. The one thing that I have found I needed was an epidural, because after months of this pain I have no strength to push a baby out feeling the full pain of it. The epidural just relaxes all of those joints and muscles that have been hurting for so long! I pushed for 5 min. with the epidural...so nice!

Hi! Just wondering how you are feeling today? I'm very sore. I've been getting a lot of contractions with pressure, too. Hope you are doing well and staying cool!

doing great! I'm so big I can't believe I'll be able to stretch any more...
I feel completely better too. I don't really let myself feel guilty for the feelings, I honestly know they weren't me in my right mind. I know how emotional I was back then was a combination of the stress and the hormones. Now that I'm not so emotional, I am really excited and I want to see him!! I figure that's the real me... the other emotions were me just adjusting. So no worries! I've heard from other people those feelings are normal and I'm sticking to that!! haha
Hope everything is going well...

ugh, where do they get off being like that???!!!??? i wonder if they know how rude and disrespectful they are being. i just cant imagine being a grandmother and not remembering what i would have felt like if my MIL had acted like that. Good luck to the both of us~~!!!

I'm not sure how far along you are (I'm 32 weeks), but I find if I've been lifting too many things during the day my pelvis gets sore. I've also bought 2 prenatal work-out videos and do them 5 times a week. This seems to have helped w/ a lot of the pregnancy aches and pains I had such as my sciatic nerve hurting etc.

Good luck, I hope you feel better!!

Hiya sounds like it could be SPD, I've had it since week 16 can be agonising, they do have some info on here about it, but if your really concerned get yourself checked out x

Good for you!!! Stick up for yourself where the MIL and FIL are concerned or you will have them walking all over you. What happened with me is I tried to make everyone happy and then I ended up being unhappy. I think you are doing what is right for your family and I understand how you feel!

To be honest i don`t know the exact weight gain but do notice looking at my body especailly my legs ,i have had to cut back on the snack foods i over indulge on ,choc, cakes, crisps etc.. as i have put quite a lot on which i normally put about 2 stone on at least and i am sure i have done that already.. so with 9 weeks yet i must be careful, yes i will lose it after the birth but will also need to go on adiet to shift the rest..lol.. if i don`t lose it now then i never will? unsure...
hope you are ok and it pretty much changes daily with how we are feelign i think as the baby moves and we are doing differnt things.. i am sorting things for baby this week as i got the other bits out the other day to see what i need to add to it all and not too much more to get..luckily..smile

I booked my caesar date today....7th of August. Im starting to worry about who may turn up at the hosp too. Luckily hubby 'confused' the due date and told his ma n pa that I was due end of August. I wont be correcting their assumption! Roll on August!
How did things go after you nuclear meltdown last wk? Any issues resolved with hubby?

jenniferbrown - Tuesday, 1 July
