That sucks so bad about your job but unfortunately, they only have to hold your job for 12 weeks :( I'm on bed rest as well for pre-eclampsia and severe pelvic seperation pain and my work guaranteed (in words to me) that my job would be held but they wouldn't have to.

I'm so sorry that happened to you, we live in a shitty country in that regards :(

I've never heard of such a thing. Mind you we are dealing with 2 different countries rules here. I would look into it further!!!!

Fill me in on this FMLA....I'm Canadian so the rules could be slightly different here. I would be happy to look into it further for you!
