Hello to all the hot mama's out there!! I hope everyone is having a wonderful pregnancy. I, myself, am having a great one. The first trimester was a little tough, but I was happy to get through that one (as probably everyone was). My husband, Chris, has been fantastic!! He even puts up with the crazy moods! lol! And trust me, there have been some crazy moments. We met in 2002 at work and were married in April 2005. I can't believe we have been married almost 3 years!! Boy does time fly these days! We are excited and can't wait to hold our precious little girl, Isabella. Not too much longer!!!

I found out today that I passed my 3 hour glucose test!! Thank God! I was so hoping I wouldn't have to give up my chocolate cake..lol! I feel Isabella so much these days and her movements are so strong. I was laying on my side last night and saw what looked like an elbow or knee ROLL across my stomach! It was the weirdest thing! I love it! I'm also feeling extra large this week. I've gained 20 lbs so far and I'm hoping I don't gain more than 30. Only 10 more weeks!! I wouldn't mind if she came a week or two early ;) Oh, and I said goodbye to my heels for a while. :( I'm sad!

i still haven't decided yet, hubby says to wait i have my doc appoitment tomorrow i just think it'd be dumb to wait if thats what really happend i think im going to wait for another hour before calling my mom i dont want to get everyone all excited before it being nothing, thats the big prob i don't want to be a worrier i think i may go in ne ways just to be safe but i'll wait to see if my tummy tightenings get closer or more consistant

About the due date, are your periods regular 28 day cycles? Cause this site and many others are only accurate for women on 28 day cycles, which is an estimate as even women on 28 day cycles don't necessarily ovulate exactly on day 14. Which is why your early ultrasound is considered far more accurate than your LMP. So hope that helps!

Hey there! Maybe your doctor is going off the ultra sound done before 24 weeks or that was done in your first tirmester. Sometime the U/S will give better dates as it measures the size and develpoment of the baby. Our LMP is an estimate of the due date, my doc says May 10, and the U/S tech said May 3...So I same somtimes in late April Early May. Hope this helps. Take care!

I just saw one of your messages/questions on the site about your due date. My due date is 5/3/08, and the first day of my last period was July 28th. I was told by my doctor that since I got an ultrasound around 6 weeks, it's more accurate than one now when it comes to the due date. Did you have one early in your pregnancy? I'd say that your doctor must be wrong, because my doctor told me May 3rd, and it also says it online. Good luck with everything, maybe your bundle of joy will be here soon.

Hi, my last period was 17th july, 2007 . . And my due date, which has beem clarified by my midwife, doctor, nurse, and this site, is 22nd April, 2008 !! So in my opinion, you doctor is wrong, and your due date should be, 15th April, 2008 !!! You should definately get a second opinion !! Good luck x

I'm ready. At first we weren't but God has blessed us with a home of our own, the nursery, a good baby shower to prepare us, and have brought us even closer together during all this. We are very excited I'm due so soon! its amazing! Im gonna be a moma!!! :D

Your pics are beautiful! Awww! I spoke to my lamaze teacher today and she said the same thing - it's probably verrry intense BH contractions. The only difference is that my contractions are doing wonders for my cervix, lol. What about you? Any progress? I get checked again tomorrow but last Monday I was just about 1cm, 50% effaced and baby is at zero station. Sooo...we're hoping for more progress tomorrow! Hope you're feeling great otherwise!

I struggled with the cold a few weeks go and all I done was drink loads of hot lemon with honey in it. I also used a face steam each night to clear my sinuses so you can try that too.

Hi. I saw your question in week 35. I had the same thing and this is what my midwife told me to do:

Chop up raw garlic finely and take a teaspoon of it and rinse down it with water, do this frequently.

Make a sinus rinse made out of salt water. Look up sinus rinse online and it gives you step by step instructions.

Also drink a hot water, tea and honey drink frequently.

All these things boost your immune system. I cannot believe how well it worked. I was trying not to take cold meds but I did take some and they werent helping, I tried this stuff all in one day, continuously, woke up and it was ALL gone, I was shocked. Id been sick for about a week and a half and miserable. I will def do these things from now on instead of always taking meds like I did before.
I hope that helps! Its gross but so worth it, I promise.
