hey, i havent used adobe much latley, i play around with it at work, so if what i give you tonight dosent help let me know and i'll play with it tomorrow. but if theres a tab or an option that says "focal" or "focal zoom" click on that and you can adjust the size of the focal point, as well as determine how blurry you want the back ground. from there you can play with it and adjust it how you want it.
i have tons of different photoshops, but for the picture i posted i was palying around with a new one, which you can do everything i did and more on the free part at www.picnik.com you just have to join.. i have the deluxe one and its really cool, but the for the most part you can do everything on the deluxe that you can on the regular....
sorry i just blabbed and didn't make any sense, but if you can figure out yours you can go to that site and up load the picture and play around from there..

When loosing your plug it can still be about 2-4 weeks before real labor begins. But im hoping to hear that i have thinned out more at my next apointment on Monday!! Im all prepared, And read for her.. My house is always insanly organized and cleaned so all im doing is waiting these days lol!

We started at birth and the first two months were me just paying attention and giving cues. By 3 months we were able to go out in public and pee her and catch most in the sink at home. Now she ONLY wears cloth when we are out in public but "just in case" because I still offer her a chance to go potty when we get into or out of the car and in the public bathrooms if I can tell she needs to go. Also at 3 months we went diaper free at night. She pees once early in the morning.

They say its easier to start before 6 months because after that your baby will have learned to ignore it and is used to being wet. But its never too late!

I would recommend checking out "diaper free baby" from your library.

It really does work, Kara hasnt had a miss in three days and yesterday we were at the park for 5 hours then out to dinner and then christmas shopping at target! At the park I just pee her in the grass and when we were out last night I peed her in the parking lot before we went in and when we came out hehe

Sorry.... I'm sick so I haven't been online much in the past 24 hours.
I feel terrible.... some sort of sinus infection. If it doesn't get better by tomorrow~ I think I'm going to the doctor.
I use a Nikon D300 but any digital Nikon SLR is a good camera really. Canon also makes great digital SLR's.
As far as backdrops... I don't use them unless I'm photographing a newborn. I take all of my pictures outside and use nature as a backdrop.... or city buildings or alleyways.... anything that's around.

Just practice, practice, practice.... and you'll get better as you do. That's the big thing. Get a really nice digital SLR and practice.
I've been taking pictures now for 6 or 7 years and I'm completely self taught. I've learned everything on my own.
