I'm glad that we are all talking about this. I had PPD too and I also took the medication route. It's made a huge difference for me as well, though I was disappointed about giving up breastfeeding. Still, I know that Xander having a non-depressed mother was the best thing I could do for him. I have had a history of depression so I was considered higher risk for ppd, but it still sucked that it happened.

lol i wish it was still like that. I would have loved to have 5 weeks to just rest and take care of my baby. I do feel very guilty there are times when i dont even wanna hold jeziah and other days i cry because i love him so much. I am going home in 2 wks and my mom takes care of him at night so thats nice. I do all nf the night feedings because d works til 12 am so i try to let him sleep. I had a v birth w no complications besides tearing up near my urethra. I just feel so tired all the time i just want to be myself again. Your baby is soo adorable when was he born?

hi thanks so much for being supportive! I was scared to finally admit it but feel better that i am finally getting help. Being a mom is the hardest thing i have ever done. I love it and my baby but sometimes i just want a break or a full 8 hours of sleep! Your little one is adorable-how are things going for you?
