Wednesday, 29 October I have heard that there are a lot of false positives with the triple screen test. Level 2 ultrasounds are performed even when the triple screen comes back normal. Try to relax about it for your baby. Sit back and enjoy the sonogram. It is very cool you get to see all of the baby's anatomy close up :) You will get great pictures too. Hope all goes well for you.
Take care. mcgill31 -
Wednesday, 29 October Has anyone had a level 2 ultrasound before? My doctors office caled this morning said I need one because my triple screen came back postive, but told me not to worry. I am worried because this is my first child. If anyone has any information please let me know and thanks

Congratulations on your pregnancy! A miracle indeed. You proved them wrong and conceived. You give me so much hope that I can beat this PCOS and get my baby too. Thank you for commenting on my page and giving me the courage to continue and not give up.

Sunday, 14 September Welcome and congratulations on your pregnancy. I saw your post on the plus size portion of this site. I had the same worries as you when I first became pregnant. When I got pregnant I was 321 pounds @ 5' 7". My doctor is great and has never tried to make me stress out about my weight while pregnant. My sugar and blood pressure have been good so far. I suffered with nausea and vomiting until about 18 weeks. Even though nausea is gone I still have an aversion to a lot of foods. I eat mostly carbs and sugary thing lol. I am 22 weeks now and I am weighing in at 311 lol pregnancy has made me have a super high metabolism for the first time in my life lol. Try not to stress out about being overweight while pregnant. It does not automatically mean are babies are in jeopardy. Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy. Beauti -
