Sounds like pitting edema...did it go away. If its pitting edema you should be able to poke the area and see the poke mark...its basically fluid accumulation.

I sure could go with the week early business. I'm so miserable. My stomach has a tight feeling all the time. I told my husband it's like having clothes on that are too small but you can't take them off

Aww thats cute about your baby being born on your dad's b day! My son was born on my mom's b day! I also know what you mean about being induced a week early! I am being induced 11 days early this time, Thank god. I cant go into labor on my own ( never have) so I talked my dr into it. LOL

I was going to take the Zoloft to help me be able to deal with my 14 year old daughter that has Oppositional Defiant Disorder which there is no cure or medicine for. I'm constantly fussing and getting upset with her for doing things deliberately. I just don't want to be yelling and screaming around my baby.

I got an epidural. Took me several hours before I dialated enough for the dr before I could get it though. I loved it !! I have already asked my dr her policy on giving epiderals. She said as soon as we know I at the hospital to stay and not in false labor I can have it. I want it as soon as possible!

I had an u/s two weeks ago. they estimated my baby to be 4 lb 8 oz. then. I have another u/s this coming Monday. I figure she'll be about 5 lbs then. My first son ended up weighing 8lb 15 oz. I was hoping this one would be a little smaller. We'll see.

Wow, rib pain. I had that with my first pregnancy. I was in pain...,the baby was kicking my ribs all the time. After I had my baby, my ribs were popping out. It took a while for them to go back to normal. So far with this pregnancy I haven't had any problems. My posture is also different. Anyway, good luck with the u/s. I hope is nothing bad, just the baby pushing those ribs out to make more room.

I have been experiencing leg cramps since I was 20 weeks. Everytime I get one my leg hurts all day long!! So no you are not alone!! It's just another joy of being pregnant!!

sleep? what is that ? I haven't had a good nights sleep in I forget when. I toss and turn all night long, go to the restroom so many times I've lost count and end up getting up so early because my hurting body just can't take it anymore. Sorry to vent.

I dont have any rib pain but my back hurts so bad i can hardly stand or anything! And i agree, the heat on the pain does NOT work!!
