A Newborn's Conversation with God

A baby asked God, "They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?" God said, "Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you."

The child further inquired, "But tell me, here in heaven I don't have to do anything but sing and smile to be happy." God said, "Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you. And you will feel your angel's love and be very happy."

Again the child asked, "And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don't know the language?" God said, "Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak."

"And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?" God said, "Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray."

"Who will protect me?" God said, "Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life."

"But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore." God said, "Your angel will always talk to you about me and will teach you the way to come back to Me, even though I will always be next to you."

At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard and the child hurriedly asked, "God, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel's name."

God said, "You will simply call her, 'Mom'."

hi, i am with you on that. I have the steroidal inhaler by me right now. I think I am going to have to do it because my bronchials are getting bad again. I hate it. I did not have to drug up for my first two and this poor child is getting zyrtec, afrin, nasonex, and now Qvar. I was on asmanex, but they will not let me take it during pregnancy. My doctor swears to me that Qvar is okay. It is better than cutting off oxygen to the baby, i guess.

Hello. I was very wrong on the spelling, as I can't read the RX. I haven't gotten it filled yet, but the name is Pulmicort Flexhaler. It is a powder substance like Advair, but is a lower risk category. I am very aprehensive about taking ANY medications at all, but feel better with this being a lower risk. Just to let you know I am in Australia so we are in the midst of summer and are having extremely hot weather we are going to the Beach this weekend and they have forcased 37 degrees so I am going to have to expose this horrible body of mine to get into the water I mean I know i am Pregnant but I hate the way my legs look I am 5ft nothing so have these short stumpy celulite Legs yuck yuck but I will get through its not like I am trying to pick up or nothing being completely happy with Hubby I just feel embaressed. Thats amazing you guys slept through the New Years thing only my 2 and half year old went to bed and that was about 10.30pm but then it was hot and we were at a party. Glad to know you are doing well. Those Braxton Hicks can be quite strong but I am sure they will most likey get worse before they get better I am sure towards the end they wont be painfree.It sure is strange the things we go through. My girlfriend is in the Hospital as we speak having her 3rd baby and I can't stop thinking about what she is going through the labour pains and all. So am sitting here with my legs and fingers crossed that all goes well. I will let you know.Anyway I will talk to you soon.Keep well.

Lucky you I don't think I could fit into my Jeans Sideways so the fact you can get into your'es is great. Hope you had a great New Years ours went well big Party at friends there were heaps of kids so they had fun and all the Hubbys ran a Muck were about 3 other Pregnant women so I didn't feel to left out. School is still out over here till the end of January so things won't be back to normal for a while. The weather has been extremely hot we have been battling a heat wave New Years was about 42 Degrees it was awfull. Very hard to get dressed up as you just feel like running around naked. And the makeup just runs back of. But we survived well a little tired and swollen but nausea is again a bit better and coldsore didn't last long this time.How are you feeling these days?I hope all is well. Must say baby has been very active getting Hiccups regular and Braxton hicks as well so all seems to be in order and some Mornings feels like I have grown overnight. Anyway hope all is well and I will talk to you soon.

Yeah I made it through Christmas and the kids had a great time and were very exited. Quite a few late nights and while everyone was enjoying themselves I was running around like a slave. But it was all worth it in the end everyone was so happy.My youngest got high temperature last night and was a bit of a handfull he is still a little of colour today but hopefully it won't last long. Oh Hubby got me a really good camera so there are no excuses to be slack with the whole picture thing has come at a good time I should figure out how to use it properly before the baby comes as it seems a bit hightech. Sometimes I long for the good old fashioned cameras with film but apparently thats for the Dinosaurs. Anyway feeling a little better even though feel like I am getting another damm coldsore. Tired as usuall but then we have been busy. Hope your'e Christmas went well and you all had agreat time.Also hope you are feeling well. I will talk to you soon.Take care.

Thanks for the comment!! I definately prefer to be home with my kids, even on the bad days :) I plan on going back to work or school after my baby goes to school. I would rather raise my children, then to have a daycare raise them. That way I can catch every wonderful moment of them :) enjoy the rest of your pregnancy, and I hope everything goes well for you and your family

I guess we are all a little nuts then. Well I am doing pretty good, I don't get sick, can't say I have with any of my pregnancies. I do get the hurry up and eat or you feel like you could get sick but thats about it. They are checking me next week because they always get worried its twins. I had twins the time before and last time with my son there was a second sac but nothing became of it. So they like to check me. Don't know what I would do with more twins. How is everything going for you? Hope you have a wonderful christmas!!

Hey loved that large family comebacks website. Gave me lots of good laughs and some good ideas too. We're expecting number 9 in June. Eldest 25yrs, youngest 4yrs. Only have 5 left at home tho so my family duzn't really feel big anymore, but other people still seem to think so. Quite funny when I tell them that I have 3 that have left home and another on the way as well as the 5 that are with me. It sure gets the looks and the comments. But hey, God is so good. We feel truly blessed. I wish you all the very best.

That was a good website. Its just nice to meet others who don't think your nuts when you say this is number 7. Yeah threw me off a little but hey keeps me on my toes and I wouldn't change it for the world. Mine are 9,6,4,3,3,and 7 months. This one is due in August and mostly will be a girl but we will see. My husband wants a boy again he wants better odds to have a quaterback for a son. LOL Anyway I love being a nurse and its such a great field to get into. You should look into your local college most community colleges even offer a good nursing program. Just go to them and they will basically lay out just what you will need and estimate how long it will take. Its a great field and they always need nurses so you will always have a job somewhere. Plus its usually good pay, I work at night or evening so pay is better then. Talk to you later

Thats a Bummer about the pictures I am so slack with pictures I really need to get my act together I am allways forgeting the camera for those special Occasions its really disgracefull. Iron tablets don't seem to be making any differance at the moment but it is a busy time of year. Plus I am feeling nauseated again so I don't know if they are the cause . I just can't win. I am just about there with the Christmas shopping a little more to go. I know it will be worth it in the end just to see the Kids faces Christmas Morning and I will put on a good front would help just to have a little more energy but maybe it will take a little bit longer to start working.The name your'e Hubby picked is cute might take a little while to get used to as its differant but very pretty.I tell you what though I am sick of being the nominated driver for these Christmas Partys while everyone seems to be having a drink or 2 or 3. Revenge will be sweet. Last night we didn't get home till 2am in the morning and then I had to sort out the kids carry them to bed and so forth I tell you hubby is pushing his luck. But then he gives me these sheepish Grins and I am a sucker and still fall for it . Anyway I hope you have a great Christmas with your'e family and enjoy.I will talk to you soon.

We were going to pick Lucy - Anne for a girl. My other Daughters name is Jessica Rose. Do you like any of those. My Girlfriend was told she was having a Girl and then gave Birth to a boy. So I guess try to stay neutral till you give Birth just incase. Especially if you are feeling otherwise.Found out why I am so tired and run down. Doctor says my Iron levels are extremely low and has put me on Iron Tablets great next I will be Constipated. I really just thought I was getting to old and because its my 5th Pregnancy but Doc was not happy and quite stern with me and said its very Important to get my levels up as the baby starts taking heaps of Iron at this stage of pregnancy. But apart from that all is quite well. Baby is laying in Breech Position at the moment but I am sure it will turn so not to worried at this stage as have a while to go yet. I hope your'e coldsores get lost they are a pain in the butt. Anyway of to my sons Kinder Christmas party so I will talk to you soon.

They are so little and already not behaving thats a shame she wasn't cooperating but as long as she is healthy. I had a cup of coffee and some chocalate before mine as last time didn't do anything but sleep and put a hand in front of face as if to say buz of so the coffee thing worked to well and wouldn't stop moving and doing all sorts of weird things lady doing the scan had a lot of trouble trying to get proper still shots of the heart so the scan went on for ages.Are you happy about having a girl or were you quite happy to have either. I am apparently having a boy so I will have 4 Boys and a girl and I don't mind at all. As my Daughter is 14 at the moment and feels like there is allways a Drama going on in her life. I mean she is a great kid but girls seem to be higher maintenance then boys they seem to be more easy going. But you get what your'e given and I must say am happy to be able to have healthy little tackers so fingers crossed this stays the same. I am completely tired all the time and don't have much energy whitch I can't stand as I usually have heaps of energy. But apart from that I can't complain as all seems to be going ok.Coldsores are completely gone so back to kissing again.Anyway I will talk to you soon and hope you have a good weekend. Take care.
