Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Sx

Thanks for the pillow advice! I'm gonna try it tonight. I hope you are doing great! Almost there!! ;-)

candi1982 - Thursday, 6 Mar
i've done the pillow thing, but i move to much at night that they always end up on the floor so it dont do me any good. i would pick them up when i woke up but the next time i woke up they'd be on the floor again, so i just gave up.

Get this, Ferrell got me interested in the whole Orgasmic birth thing so I searched it on the internet. I found a video on YouTube showing a lady having one right at the end of her birth! I'm amazed!!

Well thanx but i went to the doctor and my fluids are higher than yesterday so everything is fine with me and baby! Good luck with everything!

hey girl, I started raspberry leafe tea with nettle since early on in pregnancy. i did one cup a day until about midway through, then i did two and as soon as my order arrives in the mail (I ran out) I will start doing it three times a day. And this was advice given to me by the midwife, so don't worry...you're fine whenever you start it. it won't make you go into premature labor or something! I hope the tea helps us get these babys out quick! Good luck!

Meerkat. That sounds soo South African. But you are from the uk. Anyway. good Luck with your pregnancy. Don't worry about those internal examinations. You'll have more than your share with delivery..

*Dee* - Wednesday, 27 Feb
Hi...dont worry, I live in SA, have not had ONE internal exam since I have fallen pregnant,my OB says it is totally not needed unless somethin is wrong. So i also have no clue about how far i am dialted etc. I think some people on this blog pay way too much attention to the super ine detail. It just stresses one out. baby will come when it is ready. Does not matter how far one has been dialted for how long. Its like labour, it is not the same for everyone. You might be dialted for weeks and then go into labour, or a day..who knows. I am seeing my OB 04 Mar , i will be 37 weeks and 3 days. At this point he is deciding if we do normal birth or c-section (baby is expected to be a 9-10pounder and I am small) so I am not too worried about dialating at this stage , more like normal or 'c'..anyways, red my venting on week 36, tell me if you feel the same..hehe..keep well and good luck. xx

I'm pretty sure we do have that rhyme here, it sounds familiar. And maybe on the east coast they have magpies. I've never seen one, I grew up in California. Is it like a black crow or something? That's a pretty cute story though! How are you doing? Hanging in there?? ;-)

llaura - Wednesday, 30 Jan
Hi! Thanks for your message. It was great being able to discuss this issue on a USA site - when I looked for information on the UK web pages nothing much came up apart from articles saying it was not medically necessary and that parents should leave it to their son to make up their own mind later on..knowing how strongly my husband feels about having a baby boy circumcised, I knew that I was not going to hear the end of it simply by telling him that this country just doesn't practice circumcision routinely and that I did not want our baby to go through it. I ended up having a very open conversation with my husband last night - laying my anxieties on the table..he was cool about it..we didn't reach an agreement there and then, but he knows how I feel which is a start! Best wishes, Laura

Hi there

I just wanted to say thanks for commenting on my question. Yeah its kinda confusing about due dates but i guess as long as baby is healthy when it pops out thats all that counts.

Hope all is good with you.
