i couldn't find any cirlces big enough at the stores so i turned to just finding round objects. We have this HUGE bowl and it has a lid its plastic so its easy to carry around. What i did was first the room was yellow we just added the dots. Ok I traced the lid of the bowl on the wall with a pencil. then Just took the paint and paintedthe cirlcles. it was easy i didn't need any help from the hubby! I did do 2 walls a day though. I didn't even measure to make sure things were straight i just put them anywhere. Easy good luck. It would look cute with light pink walls and Brown dots.!!!

Congrats too you. I just called the hospital today to see the schedule for the classes. I do wanna attend to prepared childbirth class and also the breastfeeding class. It's going to be hard b/c my hubby works at night and the classes are at night too but I'll shall see. Are you thinking about taking any classes?

I hear ya, all I want to know is what it is for sure!!! I wanted a girl at first but a boy is great too. :) I am working in the ER this month so they are gonna do an ultrasound for me tomorrow cause supposedly the tech there is really good at telling the gender, so I hope!!!!!

Oh congrats!!! I really wanted a girl but today the tech told us she was 80% sure it's a boy. Of course my husband was beside himself with happiness! :) We are going to go back though in 2 weeks to make sure because they said they want to be able to see it from all angles and he kept crossing his legs. He was a total wiggle worm, it was so cute! :)

So I went to the doctors today for my bloodwork and she sent me for an ultrasound cause she said I was measuring big for dates! It was awesome to see the baby moving around and stuff (I cried), but the tech was not able to tell me the sex (I think she was not very good but guess it could have been the equipment). So I am still going in tomorrow morning for the 4d...I will let you know! :)

Yay I know, 1 day till ours if you don't count the day of! :) We are having it done at an ultrasound facility in Pasadena called Mothercare Ultrasound and Birth Preparation Ctr. It will be the 4d kind, I am so excited! Tomorrow I go to the doctors and get the AFP test and see how much weight I have REALLY gained (I suspect my scale is light) - scary! Then I have Sat to look forward to! I am trying to drink lots of water to be well hydrated and then I'll drink juice the morning of. YOu'll have to let me know as soon as you find out!!!

Hi Megan, yes they were able to see. My hubbie just doesn't want to know - so we had the sonographer write it on a piece of paper and put in in an envelope. They could tell at my 19 week and again at my 20 week level II.

Yes it is the most amazing feeling and once u feel it move it excites you even more. i was about 21 weeks when i found out the sex and in that same week i started feeling it move it was great! I started crying got all emotional with my mom..I really hope all goes well for you and I wish you the best of luck for a healthy baby, take care!!!

Hi Megan, Yes we are going au natural- birthing ball, showers (would love to have had a water birth but I am multi gravid and high risk- so it is a no!) and walking... I am so excited about Hoag- and what they have to offer these days... I went to their site and couldn't find any pics of their new suites, but I did get to read a ton about them. Thanks for the well wishes- same to you and I'll be keeping an eye on your page for updates!

That sounds like an AWESOME hospital! The one I was considering is at least 45 min from us anyway (Cedars) so it's really not much of a stretch. I will definitely check it out, and thanks for all the info, I totally appreciate it! I will pray for us both that the babes cooperate...they said to drink juice beforehand to make them active so I plan to down a gallon or so of apple juice... :)

Oh you poor thing!!! Well I am glad the baby is ok! I had really bad cramps the other day too and ALMOST went to the ER, but when I laid down for like an hour they went away. My doctor said it was probably gas, but man I have NEVER had gas pains like that. But I had no bleeding or anything and I checked the heartbeat on my doppler so I guess it's ok! We find out what we are having on the 30th too - can't wait!!! BTW, where are you having the baby? WE are looking for a new doctor/hospital.
