Hi everyone... A little background first. I am 22 years old and will be 23 when the baby arrives. I was recently married and moved to San Francisco with my husband. I was put on modified bedrest because I was having some unwanted contractions that were a little too strong to have been Braxton-Hicks. Since then,I have been having a lot of problems with my insurance since I have moved so I have not had an ultrasound very recently. My husband and I found a center in San Francisco that does 3D and 4D ultrasounds starting at 16 weeks. We want to find out if we are having a boy or a girl and it would just be nice to know that the baby is doing fine. We have an appointment set for June 10th at which point I will be half way through my 20th week. I think however that I am going to move our appointment to this next week because I am anxious to know that the baby is ok in there. My friend Christine was able to find out what she was having at 18 weeks with a regular ultrasound so I think we will be able to find out for sure with a 3D/4D. Even if we only get to see that the baby is doing fine we can have a redo scan which we will keep for June 10th. I hope that everyone else is doing well. Wish me luck with our ultrasound.

So today I am feeling well for the most part just really tired. My little girl keeps me up with her kicking all night plus I have killer heartburn. I am hungry all the time, nothing really seems to fill me up. Sometimes I feel like I shouldn't eat everytime my body says I should but then if I don't I feel really guilty when my stomach starts to growl even more. I am trying to make sure that I drink a lot of water hoping that will fill me up a bit but so far I could pretty much just sit and eat all day long. We have our next doctors appointment on July 16th I am not sure whether or not there will be an ultrasound at that appointment but I am hoping there will be it's always excited to see her on the screen. Hope everyone else is doing well.

So I had a doctors appointment yesterday to go over my gestational diabetes test and to check for some sort of chemical that could indicate having preterm labor. He told me I am no where near having to worry about gestational diabetes that the numbers from my test looked excellent. He also told me that I am measuring 30 weeks even though according to my due date I should be measuring 27 weeks and 4 days. So we will see when she arrives :) He said that her heartrate was excellent and her movement was excellent. She is breech at the moment and he's hoping that she will turn herself around with in the next 3 to 4 weeks. I also had to have my first rogam shot yesterday and now my left arm feels like it might fall off. I just got back in town from a baby shower that my mom had for me in Phoenix. I am really not sure why I made a registry because everyone decided that they were going to buy baby Kaleigh a million outfits. So no my kid won't ever be naked but I do have to go and buy a lot of the essentials on my own :(. I hope that everyone else is doing well.
