Saturday, 19 July I totally hear you. I am really struggling now between being uncomfortable, having aches and pains, and having very little patience as I wait. It is too hot and humid to try to walk - and even then it is getting difficult to do so. I am so sick of TV, movies and books. I feel really down and a little crazed to be honest. I don't think I would be quite so anxious if I had not been dilate to 3 then 4 for several weeks now!!! And my hubby doesn't get why I'm down.... Just wanted to vent back and let you know you're not alone. :) Tic Toc. knockduppp -
Thursday, 17 July you have the same due date as me. patience is not my strong point either!!!!! lets hope in the next few days things get started for both of us! knockduppp -

Sunday, 13 July Congrats on your pregnancy! Are you excited? The time is almost here. pregoteacherorlando -
Friday, 11 July My husband thinks I am totally insane, but he just doesn't get it! I use his Irish spring soap. I am guessing any soap would work though. I definitely think it's an old wives tale, but it eases my crazy legs, so i'll keep using it 'till it stops working, or 'till I don't have this crazy condition anymore.
I hope it goes away after my baby is born! pregoteacherorlando -
Friday, 11 July I totally hear you! I have the same exact issues with sleeping as you. It's horrible. Try the bars of soap that areykat suggested. I have them under my sheets near my feet. So far so good. It may just be totally mental, but it's worth a shot. As far as the bathroom goes though... I haven't figured that out yet. I am going once an hour. Only 10 more days for us... HOPEFULLY! Best of luck with everything!!

Tuesday, 1 July You are welcome. My doc and i chatted about the 'odd' cravings and she said some women actually eat chalk b/c they are craving it. I just about gagged right then! haha. hope all is well. luvbeingamom -
Monday, 30 June i read your comment under cravings forum. I just wanted to make sure you know that craving odd things like markers and stuff cna be an idication that you are low on some essinsial things like iron. You might want to let your doc know about these cravings. It could be nothing, but i was always asked if i craved things like that b/c it can be a natural way of testing for missing nutrients. Just FYI. Good luck in L & D. Linnea -
Monday, 30 June I feel the same way - no labor contractions, the baby hasn't dropped, and no mucous plug that I know of - just lots of discomfort and pains when she moves too much. But the doctor says it can all happen very fast. Hopefully it will for us both!!! newmommy0723 -
Thursday, 26 June Oh girl, I cant totally relate to how you feel. In the beginning he was great, didnt want me to do anything, or lift anything, and now that im bigger then ever and about to have this baby hes like houdini, I can never find him, hes either at the studio working, or working in our studio at home. Mind you the only thing he put together was the crib. The bassinet is still in the box which we will need before we will even need the crib!!! We still havent went to the hospital to register bc he wanted to go with me...Ughhh it drives me crazy. I think I figured it out, he already has a 7 yr old, maybe bc hes already been thru it once, hes not that interested this time...who knowssss!

Thursday, 26 June I understand about the hormones...I have pretty much been fine, but this week it takes about nothing I think I may have cried everyday this week. Mommad -
Thursday, 26 June Have you told your husband how you feel? I was going through the same feelings last week. I ended up telling mine that I was tired from working full time and taking care of our daughter, cooking, cleaning....etc.... Every since, he's been doing laundry and other things around the house. It would be nice if they knew the things they should be doing, but sometimes they need to be reminded.

Wednesday, 25 June Because the unfortunate truth is--men's lives don't change, only ours do. It sucks! lisa*andy -
Wednesday, 25 June Ahhhh hun that was a silly thing ur doctor said they just dont think do they? has ur babys head gone down into ur pelvis yet (engaged)? mine did in monday or maybe over the weekend but my midwife said that dosent mean the baby will come any sooner i was a bit moody after hearing that lol... its right what they say tho the 1st and last stages off pregnancy are the worst. do you get lots of aches and pains now? (((((( big hugs)))))) apreece -
Tuesday, 24 June It is true that sperm will soften the cervix and orgasms will make your uterus contract. My husband is only home on the weekends and I have also been trying out this method but so far, no contractions for me. kofiwan -
Tuesday, 10 June Hi thanks for you comment. I go to the midwife today & I suspect I am in the same boat. It feels like the baby is lying sideways!!! Nightmare, lets hope they move round!!
