Well, I am feeling pretty good these days. My best friend who is in the pic with me (she is on the right) is also pregnant with a baby girl! She is due March 9th. It's wonderful having someone so close that is also expecting. Although I am Number 6 in my office that is expecting! My husband and I just moved into a new home, so we are now waiting to find out what we are having so we can start planning the nursery! This will be the first grandchild on my side..as my sister in law is pregnant, and due in March! So my husbands Mother will have 2 little grandchildren within 2 months of each other!! My next u/s is Nov. 15th..and we get to see how much out little duck has grown!! The last time I saw the baby it looked like a duck so that's what we have been calling it!! Hope all is well with you guys!!

Well, the appointment went well back on the 15th. We got to hear the heartbeat and it was in the 150s. I go back December 10th and we find out the sex of the baby!! I tried to talk to my husband into letting the tech just write it on a piece of paper and we could seal it and open it on Christmas but he CAN'T WAIT!! haha. I hope everyone is doing well and keeping positive!! I have now felt my first flutters :)

So I am counting down the days to my next appointment. I wish it was already the 10th so I could just get it over with and hear that I am having a GIRL. haha I really am, hoping for a girl...and my husband is hoping for a boy. He has his heart set on having a mini-Marine. I have been drinking plenty of orange juice everyday to wake the baby up...it's so funny feeling SLIM move around in there. (we have been calling the baby slim...someone living inside meghan) although my husband says SEAN...cause that is the name we picked for a boy! I can't wait to find out the sex so we can start painting and planning SLIM's room....! I haven't had any m/s since 8 weeks. I get sharp headaches at least once everyday. Once I take tylenol it's gone until it wears off...but I usually just go to sleep if I am not at work. I am pooching out to where people have noticed. I don't really mind them touching or rubbing my belly because I am pretty close to everyone I work with, I am the 4th pregnant person here..and they are all baby crazy these days. Every week they will bring in the 'Craving' of the week. That us prego ladies have been munching on!! Hopefully our Christmas presents will include gift cards to baby depot and babies r us.... :) It's so awesome how this baby is already becoming priority number one. Just think, if you have had a thought of someone harming your child already that motherly instinct is already coming into play! Best wishes to all...until next time!

So here I am, week 27! I went to the doctor today and she said everything seems perfect. I have been feeling baby Sean move so much more lately. I think he backs his booty into my side all of the time!! I get to do my GD test next week. I didn't want to do it today because I didn't really want to sacrifice another hour away from the office. My husband is having surgery next Wednesday at the same hospital my DR is at so I am just going to do it then. They measured me at 29cm today...she said if I had been 30cm or more they would do an ultrasound to see if I am furthur. I didn't know that was the old way they would measure...whatever the cm is from your pubic bone to the top of your uterus is generally how many weeks pregnant you are!! Looks like our babies are on the metric system!

Well, I guess I am just playing a waiting game. I am stuck at 2cm and 80% effacement. I just wish I could have this little man before Mother's Day..I don't want to have him next week because that's when a lot of friends have their own birthdays!! I don't want anyone getting happy that I had him on "their" birthday...ugh. Especially this one girl who I absolutely cannot stand!! My hands hurt so bad.. :( but that's about it. Besides the stretch marks that popped up THIS week....I want you out before anymore pop up little boy!! My husband had surgery 2 weeks ago today and he is still at home on "medical" leave, which means he is just getting paid to play PS3 all day. I guess it's nice that he is here in case I go into labor, but goodness...I feel like I could kill him sometimes and I can't believe I have to spend 24/7 with him from now until 9 weeks after the baby comes!!! lol I guess it's a good thing that we have a TV I can watch because I would have nothing else to do!! I miss my Mommy too, she only lives 20 minutes away, but I want her to take off of work and be with me too!! haha
