Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi megpj, I saw your comment on Bf pain. Dont worry about it will go away. The nibble are sencentive and maybe baby is not latching right and it hurting your nibbles, so that causes to feel needle pain on your breast. I had them too and I just massage them.Put Landolen on and the pain goes away. Now I dont get them as much. Just hang in there, it will get better.

Congrats! That happened to me with the Epi-d with my 3rd child, my right side was dead and my left felt everything.

Sylvan Mary Donna arrived via her Daddy's and Dr. Rachels hands at 9:21 pm dec 21st -- 8 lbs, 5 oz, 21 inches long -- blue eyes and reddish hair -- 5 hr 30 minute labour and delivery - no complications (well, except for the epi-d not taking on the right side) -- yahoooooo!

Thank you for responding. Wow, so do you mind me asking what they did when your first child's head got stuck? I am soooo afraid that that is going to happen to me or that my baby is going to have her shoulders broke...she weighs over 8lbs and I am only 36.4 weeks.

Liezel - Thursday, 20 Dec
Hey thanks for responding and clearing that up for me. Good luck tomorrow, Hope your little one comes soon =)

I saw your comment that you are getting induced and have a big baby. Do you know how much the baby weighs? Mine is a big baby too.

Hey, my MIL already told me she's taking a bunch of time off work to 'help out.' Hmmmmm..I didn't ask. I just don't want anyone around when I'm feeling like S@#T! I hope you feel better soon:)

Well Goodness yeah I would say definately to have that baby soon you carrying him too much longer and he'll be a good 10 pounds! My boy measured 2 weeks up at my 33 wks scan he was measuring 35 wks. So I get to have another scan on wed to see if he is still measuring ahead. But my dr still hasn't said anything about inducing or helping him along. My first was 8.1 & 21.5 in. I asked him please don't let me have a bigger baby...I am 5'4 so I really don't have much belly room. Hopefully you will have your baby soon and be out before Christmas...That is what I am going for. We'll see!

Also, I noticed your not due till the 10th..did you measure ahead or are you dilating to get this going early? Just wondering..I am ready to put a date on this little man I am carrying.

Dang girl I feel for you! I know exactly what you mean..you may just have to flat out tell them! That is what I plan to do..but I havn't heard any mention from the inlaws but I been letting everyone know that when we have this baby it is OUR time...we take help and appreciate it but also need time for our little family to bond..ya know. Hope all goes well...Good Luck and don't be afraid to put your foot down on them...lol!

lgimenez - Monday, 17 Dec
That royally blows. They need to be more considerate of what you ask. It is not like it is your first. You know what is best for you. Especially, since you already made plans!

Heya Meg – thanks so much for the message! I really appreciate it! You’re right! I have my first appointment tomorrow, and will ask about it… Of course I should probably ask DH how much he wants to be stuck in a hospital ward! LOL… thanks for the great suggestion :) Congrats and all the best! X

Hi...i read your comment on the forum on epidurals. I am having my first baby, and I am scared to death of natural birth ( I am also known as a traumatic patient) they have to write that in my charts when doing pelvic exams because of the way I react to them, so having a natural birth terrifies me...but at the same time, I saw the needles and procedure of an epidural during a childbirth class I recently attended, and that scares me so much as well. Honestly...how painful is the epedural...really? no sugar coating..
