Hi, I saw your question about the weight. I am exactly 20 weeks today and my little girl is 13oz, and the tech said that she measures 5 days ahead of my due date. Congrats!!!

yes he was pretty active, he was so cute!!! To see his little legs, arms, face, everything was awsome! I have to say i was pretty shocked tho, i thought it was a girl, but soon as she got him on that screen i knew it was a boy, no doubt! haha time is going to fly by now i can just feel it! Hey Melissa29, I did not have very heavy bleeding. My placenta in both cases only partially came away from the uterine wall. With my son there was blood clotting which made it hard for them to diagnose what was causing me pain, but after they continued to look at it throuh the ultrasound they saw that it had detached from one end. They said that it was only a grade 1 and it was not life threatening for the baby. I really took it easy for a few weeks and worked on eating right, they said there really wasn't much they could do that my body was going to take the next step weather it was to reattach or get worse, and of course it got better!! With my daughter they knew what it was immediately because if you have had the problem once then you most likely will experience it again (so they say). It really wasn't as bad as with my son and infact I didn't even experience any pain when it happened with her. They first noticed it durring a routine ultrasound. Both of my kids were a.o.k. when they came out and I only had one complication with my son that had nothing to do with the placenta abruption. But that's another story!Have a good day!!

hey no problem! I honestly think Im having a girl, i dont know why, maybe just high hopes? But for some reason i just think it is. Im gonna be so bummed if its a boy haha, ive already got one!! But either way ill love it! i already do! He/she has been moving alot lately! esp if i eat something I actually enjoy. Its so funny, cuz if i eat something and im not really loveing it, he/she wont move, but if im like goin nuts and totally enjoying the food, he/she goes crazy! i cant wait to see what it is in there moving all around, hopefully itll cooperate!! 2 more days!!

Its such a relief knowing that my baby is fine! I was so worried, that I was going to miscarry again! But now, I am 19 weeks, and eveything is perfect!! My 18 week scan did show some white spots on the babys heart, (which most likely is calcium deposits) They say its very common, but they still need to do a more thorough exam, so Wednesday I am going in for a more thorough ultrasound.!! I think I am having a boy, but my fiance' thinks its a girl!! i'm keeping my fingers crossed that we find out on Wednesday!!! I went back to the doctors today b/c i woke up and saw blood (for the first time)... turned out it was hemmoroids!! hahaa... The baby is fine!! Hemmoroids suck!!!

CONGRATS!! How exciting a lil girl!! Im JEALOUS!! Yea our u/s is wednesday, getting close!! I'm really having my heart set on a girl too, so badly! I know that sounds vain but I already have alil boy and Im dying for a daughter! Either way, I'll be happy, boy or girl, but ya kno, your dreams and such! Ive always wanted a son first (which i have) and then a daughter. Well congrats again and I'll let ya know how my scan goes! Oh, and did u mention to your doc about the braxton hicks contractions? I'm glad to hear my advice worked! I was actually starting to (think) i felt them today so i drank and drank, and i have yet stopped peeing!! haha well have a good one and take care! thanks for the message!

Oh I know exactly what you mean! Today was such a crummy rainy day out, and i felt like crap, so i put my son infront of the tv and put on PBS and took a nice long nap! I felt awful but he didnt seem to mind!! it is harder this time around because there is only so many hours a day to do things, and by the time you get around to finally relaxing and having YOU time, its bed time!! But I wouldnt change a thing! I love mother hood! haha hope your well let me know how things are!!
