Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

The only thing that seems to help is stretching my wrist and fingers....and keeping my hand cold, especially at night. So maybe try an icepack...

I have the carpel tunnel too. It's because of fluid retention while being pregnant. My doctor told me to get a wrist brace because it could take weeks for it to go away after having baby. I bought the wrist brace and it helps a little but it appears as though we're just going to suffer for a bit! Like we need anything else....
