Aug 14, 2008 WK 23

Well I have made it this far week 23 and i feel great. I had a Doctors appointment yesterday and everything is looking good.. My cervix measured at 4 and that is great. The baby is starting to get more active now lots of kicking and punching of mommy's tummy and Bladder. Daddy finally felt baby kick on Aug 10th it was amazing he got the biggest smile on his face hes soo happy hes going to be a daddy in a few months its a great feeling.. Well nothing really too new for now except u can def tell im preggo now lol.. Good Luck Ladies with your Pregnancys... I can't wait for my little man to come...

Well nothing new as of right now.. My morning sickness has seemed to have gone away now lets keep our fingers crossed that is never comes back blah. The weather where I live really Sux its been really got and humid so I have been staying inside with the air on not like I get to do a whole lot. Being this is my second pregnancy this week I have started to Pop out now so its maternity shorts and pants for me LOL.

June 25 I will be getting my cerclage placed at 10:30am so the night before and the morning of I am going to take nice long showers lol because im not sure what my bedrest is going to be like and what im going to be limited to. I know its going to be a long 4 months but its all well worth it in the end I am going to enjoy every second of this pregnancy and just take things as they come. I can't wait to meet my little person and share my life with him or her. Oh yeah I will get to find out the sex for Sure Next week during my surgery.!!=) Im very excited.. Well Wish me Luck I Will update after the surgery..

Well so far so good, Im starting to get more symptoms of my pregnancy now but they are not as bad as my last pregnancy.. Tomorrow April 17 I go back to get more lab work done to check my HCG Levels again to make sure they are increasing. Other than that I am currently not working as of now because of the pregnancy and me soo high risk, Iv been taking it easy at home with my dogs and cats during the day pretty much being lazy. Well I will get my HCG Results on Friday so i guess i will do another Update then.. BuB ByE For NoW

Well I took a test today because i got some spotting this morning, and there it was BFP..... I will call my doctor first thing monday morning and take a blood test monday morning also... I will probly be seen by wednesday to get checked out then off to the high risk doctor if everything is looking good. I will have to have a Cerclage placed at 12wks (due to an Incom Cervix) and put on bedrest for the rest of the pregnancy. Wish me Luck Girls I have been praying for this....... I will update soon..\

I gave birth to a Sleeping Angel Named Colin..

Hi My name is Melissa I am married the best man in the world... I love him soo much. We lost our first Son Nov 9. 2007 at 21 weeks and thats when my world got turned upside down, and thats when my mom who i don't see much because of her busy life and her cancer has kept her out of the family loop, stepped in and was there for me she held my hand the whole time and didn't let go, I hope that someday I am half the mom she is. She seems to always be there when us kids need her the most. I can't wait to become a mom. Sounds funny but I can't wait to hear the crys of a baby. I can't wait for all the challenges of Parenthood. I can't wait to share my love with a child. I just hope that I can get pregnant again soon and not take 2 years again.. I want my mom to share the joys with me before she leaves and goes to heaven to take care of baby colin. You don't relize how much support your family gives you untill something tragic happens. This didn't only effect my husband and I but it effected my entire family, as soon as my sister found out what happend she Jumped a plane that night from St.Paul MN and stayed with me over the weekend during my recovery. I couldn't ask for a better support group in my life.. Well here we go again I have 6 months before I can try again. And I hope our family prayers are answered. Wish us luck on our Journey to TTC again. I can't wait for a positive.. Good Luck to all who are pregnant or wish to be pregnant.

Well on Nov 8, 2007 I went into the hospital because I felt something was wrong with my little boy, I found out my cervix opened to 7 and he wasn't going to make it. I gave birth to a Perfect Little Angel named Colin 11inch 14oz, He would have made it if it would have gone 3 more weeks or so but he went to heaven to see his great grandparents. I miss my little boy soo Much I got to hold him and I got pictures of him with me and his daddy. He was born at 1:47am Nov 9, 2007. I just wish i could have got to take him home he looked just like his daddy, I saw him on The u/s before i gave birth and he was kicking me and playing he didn't know what was going on. I miss the feeling of waking up and feeling him in the morning kicking his mommy and giving me crazy cravings in the middle of the night. He will be missed Greatly but never forgotten. Colin your mommy and Daddy love you, U will always be our first Born. We will meet again..
