You would think that i would have right? Well sadly no. I went for sono last Tues and baby and fluid looks fine, but I was still only 1+ cm dilated and 30% effaced. I go for another NST and Sono tomorrow. If I don't have baby on my own by Monday, they will induce me on Tuesday, June 8th at 7 AM =)

Hi...unfortunately I did not get a baby for my birthday this year LOL! I went to the doc on Friday and I'm only a little over 1 cm dilated and 30% effaced. I made an appt for Tues for a sono if I don't have the baby before then. They'll check to make sure baby and fluid is ok and set an induction date. I left the office feeling so sad - even thought the doc seemed to think I was making progress. I'm just concerned about being induced and than that not going well and needing a c-sect! I thought 2nd pregnancy's are supposed to be shorter/faster. I was 10 days early when I had my son 12 years ago - UGH! How are you making out with your little one?

Well I know the time will come eventually where I'll hold this baby in my arms. Patience has never been my strong suit...I don't recall if you had the EPI. I didn't have anything with my first one and was considering getting some relief this go around, but not sure how I will feel with my lower half being numb.

Unfortunately not! I'm due on my birthday which is tomorrow and to be honest there is no sign that this baby is ready to come out. I had an entirely different experience with my son, 12 years ago, who came 10 days early thanks to a swig of castor oil. But I only did it because he literally was engaged and ready to come out. I wouldn't think of repeating that with this one. Ugh...just really bored of sitting around and waiting. LOL

i feel good so far still, just takes me longer to get motivated, i actually was just going through her things now and picking some 0-3 things out to be washed... i figure i will start with "some" then after she's born we can do more of the things,., she doesn't have alot of newborn but has plenty 3 month things so we will see what she is into when she comes..

My hubby got me a pregnancy massage gift certificate way back at Christmas. I was not too sore or achy at the time so I put it off. Just yesterday I finally called and made the appointment and am going in for an 80 minute massage a week from today. I am really looking forward to it and will let you know how it goes!

hello.... we are having a girl...they thought BOY at a VERY VERY too early to tell US but it was in my head then BOY BOY BOY then when it came to the next one they said GIRL i was like ok are you sure,,,, but i've had alot of US and they always just say baby this baby that i'm like its a girl still right?? yes they say.... they prob think i'm crazy!
wow, my dad's family is from NJ, we live in PA....

5 weeks! or sooner, i go on the 12th for another growth scan, she was measuring smaller in her abdomen so they want to seeif it "caught" up and if not then they will talk about having her early...she will be 37 weeks then so it's full term at that point... My inlaws live in FL!! we are in PA...

uh, yes.......i am swollen also. Just out of the blue...swole up like a toad frog. Some mornings my hands and feet look like Shrek. It's not too fun
