I thought I should update my profile since its been awhile. I am a stay at home mom of a 5 year old little girl and an almost 3 year old little boy. They are my joy and a ton of fun. We just found out we are expecting #3 and are very excited. This will be our last, so I am really trying to enjoy this pregnancy. Haven't told the kiddos yet but I know they will be super excited when they find out. My daughter has been asking for a baby for the past year.
I am currently a mother of an almost 2 year-old very active little girl and we found out we are expecting baby number 2 in August 2008. This pregnancy was a surpise and not planned by us, but planned by God. I am a little nervous about this pregnancy because I was hit by a car one year ago and suffered a horrible fracture to both bones in my right leg. I have decided to place my trust in God. We are excited and can't wait to meet our little one.
We found out the sex!
So we found out we are having a boy. It will be nice to have a boy since we already have a girl. I pretty much knew it in my heart that it was a boy and would have been surprised if the doctor told me otherwise. We waited until the birth to find out the sex of our first child but I just couldn't wait for some reason this time. Now we just have to agree on a name, that seems to be the hardest for.

Can't believe we only have 7 weeks left until we get to meet our little man. We finally got the room ready and his clothes hung and the dresser painted. We have almost everything we need. I am still feeling pretty good just a few aches and pains once in awhile. So far I have gain about 20 pounds which I think is pretty good. I am still going to the gym 3 times a week (people look at me like I am crazy). I have also been swimming a ton which has helped my ankle and knee. We have an ultrasound on Thursday to see if my placenta has moved and I a feeling good about it. I really don't want a c-section so I am trusting that God has answered my prayers. We still don't have a name picked out for a little guy. Me and hubby just can't agree and the few names we do agree on we can't seem to come up with a middle name. I am sure it will all work out in the end

Can't believe my little guy is already 14 months old. Time sure went fast. It was a really rough 1st year with his acid reflux, constant screaming, and waking every 1.5 hours for the first 6 months of his life. Things are so much better now and he is a pure joy. He is a funny little guy. McKayla loves being a big sister and just adores her brother. I must say that I am surprised how they fight already though. I am so proud of both my kids and love being a mom.
Things are going pretty good with this pregnancy. My first was much easier but I don't have a lot to complain about. My leg is bothering me a little but not as much as I thought it would. I survived my first 100 degree week and again it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. We are getting excited to meet our little guy. We aren't really prepared at all but we will get there. My daughter felt the baby kick for the first time this week and I think it freaked her out. She quickly pulled her hand away and looked at me like what the heck. I started laughing. I was just glad that I finally got her to sit still long enough to actually feel her brother move. Had my blood sugar test today, boy do I hate drinking that horrible stuff. I really wonder what is in it. Hopefully all comes back good and I don't have to do the 3 hour test.|
